I was so disappointed with this Target this one is not usually my go to Target but I was in the area. I was so shocked that I felt the need to take pics and write a review. It was the most unorganized store I’ve ever seen. I understand everyone is short staff right now and that customers come and un organize things, but wow every section? From clothes to toys! I was looking for little girl shorts jeans and they did not have not one pair, I probably would have found some in the bread area. I was even organizing their things as I shopped. Clothes all over the floor and racks. Target made Walmart look amazing. My daughters even asked me what happened to this Target. Management needs to look into this store before it becomes more tacky! Definitely go shop at another Target location!
I adore Target as a corporation, however, locations should be mindful of who they are hiring. My experience with an exchange at this location on 10/14/22 was the most disrespectful and disgusting process I think I’ve ever had to date. I’m aware of Target’s generous return policy so I decided to return some of my daughter’s toddler clothing due to extreme shrinkage and fading. Anyway, the way the young lady’s attitude was, it was absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. She treated me like I was annoying her or as if I was causing her some sort of problem. At a certain point, I had to ask her if she was having a good day, that’s how nasty and rude and judgmental and condescending she was being. She seriously doesn’t need to be in customer service. That, or she needs some sensitivity and diversity training because I definitely picked up some bad vibes from her.
Always a good shopping experience. Store ia clean, staff is helpful/friendly and floor is typically well organized. Grocery section limited but good for a quick pickup. Pharmacy is great.
My family and I used to shop here but not anymore. I've had experience with people being rude not to mention I've tried to apply at this store 4 times,I have the experience but for some reason they disregard my application EVERY TIME not giving a chance. I called and asked HR what is this discrepancies against me but all they can say is they're not hiring at the moment. So why post positions?! I applied for seasonal positions as well. Maybe need to talk to higher ups.
Came here to pick up an online order and had no issues. Very fast and simple, easy to verify your identity. Had no line when I went 8 pm on a weeknight.
I am a target queen to be honest I'm obsessed with them. BUT my husband recently worked for them and let me tell you this is not the place you want to be employed at. They are unprofessional, rude, and will not help employees with issues. My husband's circumstance was he was fired so by law you are to provide the last paycheck within 72 hours well this target thinks they are an exception. My husband was fired November 26th; today is December 13th still nothing. No one at the store will help us we have tried to contact store HR she's always "busy", leaves early, or isn't there. The "director" gave us a number to call but it was for direct deposit questions as this was his first check it was a paper check. Finally, after an hour of sitting on the phone with a 1-800 number I received corporate HR number for this area. Her "fix" was let me submit this info and in 3-5 days they will ISSUE a new check so after 3-5 days they will mail it normal not overnighted after waiting 3 weeks already. I will be moving forward legally regarding this issue.
Great service friendly staff. The shopping experience is pleasurable when you are treated kind where you spend your money.
Worst customer service ever . I was returning a bathing suit. I had the receipt but my receipt was damaged my 2 year cracked an egg in my purse. This girl decided to talk to me like I was stupid. After I told she would not speak to me like that she laughed with her other employees. I came back the manager helped me but didn’t even make a report like I asked him. I wanted him to write it down.

Well my client and I went to a previous pharmacy. It was a nightmare. Since starting with CVS Target it has been the best. The staff is professional,caring and honest . i like to Thank Holly who knows everyone's name. My client is so Happy. Thank you.
