Target is always clean. The stores supply attractive shopping carts that do not rattle and look rusty. The displays are pleasant to look at and many quality items are on sale or discounted.
I came all the way out to this Target even though it’s not near my house specifically for a certain hair clip. When I got there I couldn’t find it, an employee Amanda went in the back and found me the last two and was so nice about it. She’s amazing!!!
This store has the worst tech department. The first time I stopped by to check out Consumer Cellular service & equipment for my elderly aunt, the tech person seemed uninterested and he was not very helpful. The second time I went back no one was around to help. I asked if they could page someone. I waited 10 minutes and left. Terrible customer service.
I SPECIFICALLY left my house on Friday evening May 13th to go pick up some items at the Rochester Hills, MICHIGAN Target. I could have went to Walmart or Meijer’s, but I chose Target!! Unfortunately, when I arrived I was told, “we’re not letting anyone else in because of everything that is going on.” There is a weekend carnival set-up in the Parking Lot that is sharing space with Target. This Carnival was obviously coordinated planned and coordinated with the city police, shopping plaza etc wayyyy in advance. Not to mention, this is a YEARLY entertainment attraction that comes to town. It is UNACCEPTABLE to close the Rochester Target store early without alerting your customers via updating business hours on GOOGLE Maps, website, email or some form of communication that you’re closing early instead of your regular shopping time of 10pm. Shame on you Rochester Target! Shame on your management team, poor leadership, planning and communication. Hopefully next year you will anticipate the increased traffic to your store during this yearly Carnival and hire some experts to help you avoid missing thousands of dollars in revenue because you are closing the store earlier than normal business hours.
Love this store. I have been doing a lot of drive up orders since 2020 and I have never once had an issue. The workers are so kind and never have to wait. I would like to add also the app is amazing
Good store to visit, one can find all kinds of items. They have In-house StarBucks you can grab a coffee and shop. They have In-house Pizza Hut too, you can place order shop n pick it up on your way back, more convenient option. They have CVS Pharmacy, they have TCF bank ATM. Price wise I felt little higher. Friendly staff once I needed Visa gift card, staff person helped in finding the right one.
I normally love going to this Target, but if you’re going to restock the ENTIRE store at one time, make sure your staff is actually friendly to the shoppers trying to look at the items at the store. I almost left because two workers actually told me “there’s no room for you here” when I tried to look at items in the beauty area today… I work in hospitality and I rarely ever write reviews, but this was uncalled for.
Customer Service rep and Manager refused to return one of two items, both models of item were the same but colors were different. When purchased the original location scanned both as same color. Rochester Hills Target made me go back to the original location to return even though boxes were nearly identical. They refused to return because it would change their sounds like perfect inventory count, by the way the item was defective only purchased a few weeks ago. Waste of time.
I absolutely LOVE Target. The people are always so friendly and helpful. The stores are always clean and they're rarely if ever out of what I need. Even during Covid they always had toilet paper. I love the lines they carry and their holiday stuff is always the best. I'm a Target gal for life:
