You can find food, clothes, furniture and many products at the same time in the target market. They have their own brands. The quality of their products is good. I usually prefer to buy kitchen utensils. I also bought home textile products before and I can recommend it. I also buy Starbucks coffee when I go, but this store section was closed.
Always like shopping in target ! This location is amazingly placed within Hadley road shopping complex. They have CVS and star bucks inside . Very good shop. Clean and very welll organized . Quick billing.l with self service . Lots and lots of dresses and house hold items to shop. Not many employees to help around . But we generally find what we want .. nice shopping experience ..
We came on July 4 around 6:15 pm at this store and there was a guy name Danielle with red shirt on. He was extremely rude and nasty. Hire people who want to work hard and be nice to customers, people like Danielle don't deserve to work at Target. Target store at South Planfield does not respect its customer. You need to respect people regardless of religion or race. Never again.
you’d think that by actually paying for things the employees would take the time to remove the security tags. except the cashier who checked me out was not only ignorant- but horribly rude. here’s some advice- if you want people to stop stealing from your store, be nice to the customers and actually remove the tags. i love target, but this location doesn’t have the right amount of intellectuals working to sustain a business such as this.
Everytime I'm in this store looking for something this young man name Trey helps me out. It doesn't matter how busy he is he stops what he's doing and even checks his scanner if he doesn't find it. Great customer service is what i get every single time!
Nothing has changed with this store, just an overall bad experience especially at the customer service desk. Used to work here a few years ago and clearly the store doesn’t learn from their mistakes. Go to Bridgewater target if you want a better shopping experience.
Good place, has everything and everyone is nice. Better than the near by walmart. Parking lot can be hard to park sometimes though.
Product was out of stock at the 2 other local Target stores. The South Plainfield store was able to complete my order on the item.
The cashier, I believe her name is Aaliyah, was so friendly and helped make sure I received all possible discounts.
The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I bought a helium tank from this location but had to return it the next day as the party I was going to host had to be indefinitely postponed due to family illness. Within 24 hours, I came back with the package expecting an easy return. The employee scoffed and told me that the package had been opened and resealed. I told him my situation and that I returned it exactly as I bought it 24 hours ago. He ripped open the sealed package and took out an empty used helium tank. Multiple managers were called over and all of them refused to show any empathy to the situation. I didn’t have a receipt and was told to come back with one. I returned a second time that night once I realized that my target circle tracked the purchase. The new manager, Tauron, on shift refused to even acknowledge the proof of purchase that i was told by the original manager to return with. There was no investigation nor was I given the correct information/tools to properly address the issue. Not only was i sold an empty helium tank, I was also wrongfully accused of trying to return an empty/used good. I was a loyal customer but this experience was humiliating and disappointing. I understand it is hard on retail employees during the holiday season but they should have done better.
