Being for the suburbs I love a relaxing Target shopping experience and that is not always the case when you go to a Target in the city. This Target is so clean and organized! I love this little gem in West Hollywood. I also love that it is a full Target and not a smaller one. The staff is also amazing and friendly! 10/10 would recommend.
Damn finally got my drink, gender diverse; waited a whole year and 1hr 15mins for this drink - told me if I ordered but racially profiled me that I didn’t!!! I’m never ordering from upstairs again!!
You want to avoid this store if you might need to return items worth in total over $200. I am a run of the mill consumer, not affiliated with any business. My purchases were for personal use but some didn’t work out. The returns were valued at over $200 and the West Hollywood Target customer service dept and the store manager Anthony refused to process returns over their arbitrary $200 figure. This was pursuant to store “guidelines” — not black and white rules, nothing posted anywhere customers could see, but hidden behind the counter in a book of store guidelines. This particular store apparently does a lot of business with the studios and to return more than $200 worth of merchandise these hidden guidelines provide I should call Target’s studio returns dept and make an appointment for my returns. I asked if I could call and make an appointment for right then. I was told I could not. Appointments are only available 2 specific mornings a week I believe Tuesday and Thursday between 7-8am or 8-9am. So, as an ordinary working customer, one has to call to make an appointment during most people’s normal work hours. Since no normal customer has any reason to know these guidelines, your returns will take at least 2 trips to Target. While the manager, Anthony, had the authority to bypass these guidelines he acknowledged this, he outright refused to do so, even though there were 3 employees in the customer service department at that moment doing absolutely nothing. While Target will gladly allow you to make purchases during any of their business hours, this store and this manager will only allow you to return merchandise valued at $200 at any time other than during very short, very inconvenient times of the week, and only if you’ve made an appointment. I highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere. I for one don’t appreciate having my time wasted by the imposition of unadvertised, unstated, “guidelines” which don’t even apply to me not a studio employee and which are fully waivable by a manager who actually believes in customer service — Anthony, Service and Engagement Team Lead at the West Hollywood Target Store #1884 did not feel inclined to serve a customer and was clearly enjoying the power to refuse to process my returns. I for one won’t be patronizing this store again.I suggest you avoid this store as well.
My issue with the store some important items are locked behind glass, is it because of the area? Made it a bit discombobulating for me while shopping. Although, when pressing the button for help service is speedy. But im just stuck on the locked necessities
I had some loser cut the power cord to my e-bike in the parking structure and I went upstairs to let security know about it and the guy just told me “they would keep a look out” like what is wrong with these people? They also have cameras in the parking structure there’s no need to “look out” just use the camera that you have.
Was looking for scented oil to burn for room fragrance but the selection/variety was slim compared to Walmart. I noticed they had room spray, but it isn’t the same as the oil. As for the customer service- I didn’t find it very appealing for three people to be standing around near the front. Two of them were having a conversation Tony and some other worker who was a female. The third, Antonio, acknowledged me by eye contact but no verbal dialogue. I was curious why three employees were there and what their position was. Overall, the experience was alright. I bought a tea to quench my thirst since I couldn’t find what I went in there for initially.
I’ve lived here for five years and when I tell you that these placing are going downhill so badly. ALYSSA at Starbucks is so trifling. She wears a messy bun with stray hair falling out, walks away and pretends she’s reading a clipboard and makes her own drinks but gets an attitude when you ask for a straw. She doesn’t need to be spoken too - she needs to be FIRED. Secondly, the people in the electronics the funny looking Asian girl who sets up the displays followed me the WHOLE time not knowing another associate had already helped me and was in the back gathering my order. There is only two good managers a young Latino man and an middle age white woman - the rest are just Latina women who chat around Starbucks and tell the security to be racist and follow black people around. This place needs to be cleaned OUT.
Semi-okay target... curbside pick up sucks at this location!!! You need to order a minimum of 6 hours in advance if you want to pick up same day. Most other target's only require order to be placed 2 hours in advance.
This Target is a mess. Half empty shelves, perishables left in the wrong place by jerks but never thrown away by staff. The clothing department has clothes strewn all over the place. Rarely a basket in sight. And now, every thing from Tums to Toothpaste is locked up. It’s simply easier to order from Amazon. And cheaper.
i love how they close their fitting rooms an hour before closing, it’s really helpful update: they actually close them two hours before closing
