A big THANK YOU to Basil from the Westland Target location and the person I talked to from the Gift Registry Tech Department for taking your time and effort with figuring out why the Gift Registry Kiosks wasn’t available to find my wedding registry…. Silly me for having my registry on private! Now, my guests will not have to struggle!!!!
I actually love target, one of my favorite stores but this one is just too slow. Every time I come there is only 1-2 registers open. I also think the returns should be a separate counter than the registers. The lines were especially long when I went tonight and I only had 2 things but had to wait behind people with carts full of stuff. I ended up leaving and going to Walmart. Either need a self checkout or an express line.
This Target is kept very clean. The staff here is dedicated and energetic. The products are displayed in an attractive and easy to review manner. The aisles are kept clear. Prices are reasonable. There is plenty of parking. I really appreciate the personal service provided by the team members at this location. They fulfill their duties and provide a welcoming and warm environment to shop in.
I shop at the Target in Westland often. I didn’t receive all of my groceries although I do check the counter for my bags. I went in with my receipt and the girl at the desk said they needed to call security to check for my missing items. Ten minutes later the security guy came back. I had to shop again. The girl at the same register waited on everyone in her line. I think that the quality of their employees is on the decline. Very disappointing.
I will never shop up at the Target store in Westland again the cashier I had she was rude got an attitude just downright ridiculous service never again I will stick with the Canton Target store where they are nice polite helpful and they don't have attitudes. The Westland Target should not even get a star in my opinion
It’s a very clean, well organized, well stocked store with the kindest, most understanding, helpful, and professional people working there.

I needed a prescription to be filled by tomorrow morning. I waited until the last minute to get this filled. Alyssa went to bat for me and made it happen. She is an awesome team member and efforts like hers are why my family drives 8 miles round trip to go to this particular CVS rather than one just a mile from our home.
this target usually has all the groceries i need high protein love that : they didn’t have mango today which made me sad but Aleaya was such an amazing team member!!
The people are friendly and helpful but they're always out of stock of at least one thing I need, and they don't have self check out but they never open more than a couple registers so it's pretty slow.
