Tarrant County Northwest Subcourthouse

Usually I wouldn’t rate this establishment, but today I had two young ladies Ezra and Beth that went beyond into helping me when I approached them. Their customer service was professional, friendly, and very satisfactory that I just had to comment. They are definitely an asset to this business. They should be praise for how they approach and meet their customers. I was taken back for at one time I was giving up on Customer Service, but they gave me hope and for that they should be commended…..Kudos to both Beth & Ezra! Fast. I was getting handicapped plates and was going to have to put the 50 cents on my card. The lady paid it for me so I wouldn't have the additional charge.

Obtained my newborn birth certificate here in the second floor, Office 202, Quick and Easy. Staff was very kind.

I had an appointment Friday morning and expected for there to be a long wait at the passport office. I was able to check in and was immediately helped. The ladies in the office were very nice and informative. Also, for anyone needing a money order/services they also have a western union I believe in the courthouse as well. The officers in the building are also very friendly and directed me on where to locate the office.

I love thos place, I was in and out in less than 1 hour.

When you have ALL your paperwork in order you get thru quickly

I had an appointment for 1:40 today. At 11:30 I got an email I needed to bring a money order didn’t tell me the amount. They never answered so I could get the money order, I showed up after driving 45 minutes one way and the office was closed.. nobody called me or emailed saying it would be closed; only to bring money. now I have to wait weeks to make a new appointment
