The facility does not approve or review the pictures you send loved ones on the getting out app. Pictures have been pending for my lived one for over 3days that's ridiculous. Y'all not fully doing y'all's job makes us look like we are liars to our incarcerated loved once. This facility sees inmates as a number they forget about inmates at times. Medical needs more training and faster response to inmates needs. My daughter had a miscarriage the day court released her. Housed down in medical area because her pregnancy was high risk so they said when she got moved out of trustee pod, never did she talk to doctor about high risk pregnancy. She asked for 2 weeks to see a high risk doctor down in medical housing area she never never got to actually get check out her and her baby she was gushing blood everywhere baby in had they finally say they want to take her to JPS to get checked out. My daughter was depressed being done in medical housing area she saw not able to go in a day room watch TV or exercise. The day she got released the medstar was there to take her JPS. When medstar got there the correctional officer told another correctional officer to get the cuff and shackles. They made her wait down stairs longer correctional officer told medstar you can leave you don't have to take her to JPS anymore she is going home she is being released. Correctional officer told my daughter to get her personal clothes and change into her clothes. They made her get off the stretcher and change clothes as she still is gushing out blood. Pregnant women do not get cuffed or shackled. But she has been getting transported to JPS. How the correctional officer missed her Id had pregnant in big bold red letters. She was put on the stretcher then wheeled down stairs to medical, she was horrid cause he's pregnant. The nurse told my daughter the baby she had in her hands was not a baby it was a mass tissue that fell out of her. They need to listen and actually be concerned about the inmates health like they make it out to be. If my daughter was heard and went to doctor visit her miscarriage might have been about to be saved.
It's jail. If it's not clean, cuz you hav'2 do it. My complaints are with the police that arrest people. They need to be trained better. It's like a competition to arrest the most people. Car goes to pound, lost my job, bonded out, Thu morning, didn't get released until Fri morning. They tracc your phone through your Gmail account. It's all messed up to me.
Received a jury summons once. Told them I could not participate because I was hearing impared and require special modifications. I showed them my medical records. Said they wanted something more current. So went to the doctor and guess what, .my medical records are accurate ... so long story short after making me wait they finally dismissed me from the jury pool.
Judges are careless, not helpful at all. There’s no justice. Arrogant attorneys and they back up each other letting criminals go without any type of citations or anything there’s no justice. You gotta have money to get your self a good lawyer if not you’re screwed. Unfortunately that’s the world that we live in. Totally wasted my time.
I would give this place -2 stars front best look like they barely awake they too busy eating cup cakes instead of working
Hours say open at 7:30 but you call and the machine says they don't open for business until 7:45. If they can't even handle time management, how can we expect them to handle anything else really?
worst place ever, they failed my boyfriend when all he needed was help, they were quick to judge without looking at the full story and taking the other person accountable. the system failed him in the worst way possible.
This place sucks judge vanover is the worst judge and all employees and staff police
I would give less stars, but not an option. Get ur phone working so inmates can call their loved ones.
Interesting designs. People are nice.
