Taylor Air Center

We have a air compressor for our business that stopped working. We called Taylor Air Center and they sent a technician. After working on the unit for about two hours he left to return to the shop to put together an estimate. We called after not hearing anything for two days. They were unable to give us a estimate on repairing the motor and instead quoted to replace the entire motor. The estimated price was more than the cost of the compressor. The following day they sent a sales representative offering they would forgive the $400.00 service bill if we would purchase the new compressor from them. The new compressor showed up three weeks latermuch later than expected. We sent the motor to a local electrical repair shop to get a second opinion. We had it back the same day costing $345.00. We will never use Taylor Air again and are sorry we got mixed up with them to start with.
