I order flowers every year for my mom. She lives in Billerica, I am out of state. Always beautiful. My mom just sent me the pic of todays flowers. Just gorgeous!

Went here 2x for funeral flowers. Do not expect any customer service or compassion from them. I was told the first-time order online and she was clearly frustrated that I was in the store. The second time we went in for my mother in-law and received similar treatment. I will never return.

I called at the last minute. They were great. I called other florists that were in my area and no one would/could help me. But Taylor did. And they were beautiful. So thank you. And let's be honest there will always be some negative comments but to me they were top notch. Thank you....They will get all my business now.

I ordered flowers for a wake and funeral service this week. Taylor Florist delivered them same day and in my opinion were the most beautiful ones there. They listened to what I asked for and delivered big time!!! Thank you for such a beautiful arangement!!!

I'm so saddened at all the bad reviews here. No one at Taylor has ever been rude to me and I've always been pleased with flower purchases and those received via Taylor. The only downside I've ever had is the parking.

Same day delivery and beautiful flowers.

I tried calling them and nobody answered so I order online and after putting all my information in and gave them my credit card number they sent me a thing online saying thank you for your order then the next day they called me and told me they don’t delivery to the place I need it delivery to I would not use them

Worst flowers I ever seen for $130 .. 11 half dead Roses and withering lilies. There wasn't even water in the vase .. this was a funeral order they should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!1

Julie was very accommodating to my needs for a late notice on my part.

Had to get some flowers for a loved one who passed, the staff was very sympathetic, and helped us to create a beautiful arrangement, they were very helpful and accommodateing.
