UPDATE:  It's a Friday at 3:45 PM and....SHOCKER...their lobby is closed! Because who on earth would need to go to a bank at that time...the audacity of customers expecting to bank during banking hours....smh....banking should not be a guessing game.  Initial Review:  It's like a guessing game on whether or not you're going to get access to your money.  Think you made it during banking hours? Jk! They're closed that day for no reason!  Made it into the building and finally get to do your transaction?! Nope! Sorry, computers are down and you'll have to come back!  Truly appreciate how much effort you put into letting your customers access their own funds

First they let four charges from the same store from four different states come through on my account which is still under investigation. My debit card was canceled and I  I have not received another and was told that I should go to my local branch which there’s only one within the three towns closest to me which is almost as big as Chicago.  They argued with me on that and the $400 took almost 8 days to reach my account and that was because I had to get ignorant with them . They still have not taken care of me and I have been using a credit card and then going home and transferring from there and paying the credit card using its payment method which already has my routing and account numbers. I will be switching banks as soon as possible to chase bank who actually has ATMs in locations that didn’t close down every location within every area. When I started with this bank this bank was open 9 AM to 9 PM every day Monday through Sunday however now it’s open 9 to 5 and closed Sunday and open for a couple hours on Saturday but there is no ATM there is no Banks in Jewel.  Goodbye Tcf !

I went to this location on Sat they were closed. Went back Monday and it says temporary closed. What is going on with this branch? Other banks are fully opened an this one is a guessing game. Time to find a new bank.

What a disaster. First they have no envelopes for check deposit at the ATM. They've closed the jewel locations. And no remote deposit. They claim that they cannot figure it out although every other bank on the world has figured it out. Maybe it's time to buy the software so that I don't have to drive to your bank to deposit a check when you do not have envelopes and now I have to drive back and try and find envelopes

I cash the same payroll check here every 2 weeks. Sometimes they release all the funds sometimes they release half and now they say it will be on hold for 5 days. Yes 5 days for a payroll check! I could go to Walmart and cash a check instantly.  I'll be switching banks shortly.

The employees here have always been so helpful. Granted I only ever deposit at the atm or exchange my coins at their coin counter inside. My experience here has been great. I would say they should fix their TCF app but I know it isnt this locations fault for that

Maybe stay open till your hours say your open. Says open till 6pm and I pull up at 420pm since I work till 4 and they're closed and they're only actual tcf location anywhere near me real nice

Please update your website.. Don't waste your time driving to this branch it's closed only thing open an ATM

I’ve been banking with TCF for 27 years. I’ve always been happy with my service. I will be sad if they close anymore branch’s though.

There way of posting sucks and cuz of that I was charged 3 over draft fees and I came to this bank in shorewood and the best they could do for me was to take off 7 dollars I'm very unhappy with their service lately I will be closing my account this weekend and will advise my family to do the same.
