I can pay my rent because of this bank and I was literally born into Wells Fargo from my dad working there for 20+ yrs. I don't have many complaints. The staff in this building are very nice and patient. Even when customers are impatient or rude.

Back in May the ATM shorted us $440. We did not pound on the machine, but called the number on the back of the debit card. They had us assured they would investigate. Two months later we got an email saying there was no machine error, practically calling us cheats or worse. When I called to complain asking for proof of their investigation they told me I better go file a police report claiming we were robbed by the ATM. Hell of a bank…

Ran out of paper...on top of all that caught an Uber to this one as well.....another wasted trip

Front lobby with atm is always littered with trash because they have never put a trash can in the lobby. One banker told me auto loan request was approved and told me to go buy the car before ever mentioning any of the loan terms like interest rate or term length. Been laughed at by tellers for withdrawing $50 in quarters To pay for laundry. If Wells Fargo is going to charge for services like they’re a high end bank, they should start providing high end customer service.

Wells Fargo is getting worse and worse. I have had so many issues with this branch that I am going to close my accounts and open new ones with Northshore Bank. It all started from when a teller withdrew money from the wrong account causing me to have fees that accumulated over a few months and it took multiple visits and many hours of my time wasted at the branch for them to fix it. These issues don't affect the employees because they are already there working and don't care that they wasted 5+ hours of your time. Management is lacking in building relations with major clients and are one of the reasons Wells Fargo is failing besides scamming new clients with opening unauthorized accounts and fees. The tellers are always changing and incompetent. Banking with them for over thirty years, they are going to lose a loyal customer. I suggest you steer clear away from this branch and choose another bank.

Wells Fargo blows. Closed all their branches. There is literally ONE ATM in Downtown Chicago. And a deposit limit with mobile when you have NO BRANCHES? What am I supposed to do with this check? Love having to hunt these people down to do normal banking. I am DONE WITH YOU WELLS FARGO. Oh and you're convicted rip-off artists, so there's that whole thing. See ya.

Being a college student every time I go to this bank they try to sell me their "college" credit card. I have no interest in the card and have told them on multiple occasions. Even told the same teller twice. Today I went to get quarters and they held them back asking "how much do you want these quarters" trying again to suck me into their college credit card. I do not enjoy using this bank at all.

This location took 30 minutes to print temporary checks off of my business account! Making me late for an appointment!! There were 6 people in line and the teller Shantale moved with ZERO sense of urgency. I am so upset and I will no longer be frequenting this location!!! I am livid!!!

The staff is decent, but why are there no drive through atms in milwaukee? Or even half way convenient? The one downtown is like searching down a million hallways, and shorewood i have to park my car down the street and head in. Now-a-days every other bank is much more convenient than that.

A good place to conduct monetary transactions. I had to speak with a banker to change my name on my accounts and it was quick and pleasant. A manager even called the next day to ask about my experience.
