Went too drive through with almost $400 in change. Everyone is begging for it right? Waited in line there was a csr being serviced in front of us. 45 minutes later it was our turn Yes, 46 minutes. We were told to bring it inside. Went to the teller and were told to use their coin counter where a slight charge we be deducted. That was not going to happen. Terrible service and a rip off
I hate the new atm they have. Takes forever and just this morning was trying to deposit. No more slips. Saves paper, that's cool but it spat back out my money and then only gave me half a 20 back on one and clogged machine. Time to find a new bank I suppose.
I did a wire transfer for consumer goods and they screwed up the whole transfer which I lost a big amount of incentive from manufacturer. Nice bank but they are not professional at all. Manager was helping me and running around doing so many things while i am sitting on her desk. So unprofessional!!! Will not bank at this branch!
Love TCF. Open 7 days, open late, no fees, free coin machine if you have an account, what's not to love? No bank on this planet will just cash a check if you don't have an account with them or multiple forms of ID so get over yourself. I can't even tell you the last time I even wrote a check, let alone cashed one. Get with the times people.
Went there to cash a check, don't have an account. Ok, so we need 2 pieces of id, social security number, phone number, occupation, mothers maiden name and after all that it will take an extra 10 -15 minutes to verify if the funds are available. A check, from your bank, give me a break. Oh yeah , it took 3 of these people to figure it out and they wanted 3% of my money. Being open 7 days is no excuse for being stupid
I really can say this bank is a very good bank only had this account for two months and I can say I'm impressed. But I can say I had a merchant say my transaction did not complete and some how I still got charged on the banks in but other than that great bank just wish I could get my full amount back. But hey things happen..
TCF bank has worst staffs even though they knows me for years. They couldn’t cash my checks only for couple hundreds because not matching funds on my account. Instead giving me the rules of tcf bank changed there policy recently. Everyone stay out of this location.
This branch does NOT have a drive up ATM. The customer must get out of his/her vehicle and walk up to the ATM which is mounted on the front of the building. Not convenient for older customers using a cane, or mothers with children in the car. Another sign of poor service.
They were great at first and they called to alert me about everything except when my account got closed. They closed it with out saying anything and im out of town in college where theres no tcf bank if i woulda got a call we could of worked it out
Disappointed customer service hours say 7 am and it is now 8 and there closed these people need to get there stuff together if the are dealing with peoples accounts especially when there is a issue that needs to be solved! Wish I could rate a 0 star
