Slow service and non accommodating. I have 100% hearing loss on my left side and prefer the closest lane to avoid any potential communication issues common occurrence in my experience. After waiting for roughly 15 minutes, I was directed to go to another lane for a cash deposit and Lane 1 was only for issues. I will begin to deposit at another institution going forward and close all of my accounts. Bravo Zulu TD Bank 10:35AM Lane 1 on 4/29/2020
Was there on Saturday while we were on vacation our cards got hacked tara was excellent did everything with a big smile on her face we have different cards for each account wasn't an easy one Laughed smiled great experience

Great customer service, krunal is great always go's above and beyond for me. I have a local TD bank by my house and ill go to this location for Krunals amazing customer service. There is a girl teller there that is very good too sorry dont remember her name but she is very pretty and shes very good as well. I email Krunal at 659pm on a Friday and he gets right back to me or calls me if its something that he thinks that should be spoken about. Great Great customer service. And I seen some of the reviews about it takes time when you go to this location, but there busy because of people like me that gos out of there way for the great customer service they provide.
OMG!! Asmat is literally so nice and the sweetest person ever! If u ever have an issue you should definitely go to her. She resolved all my issues and explained everything in such an understandable manner. I will continue coming her only because of Asmat. Thank you for all your hard work!!
Extremely unhelpful. Went straight to the Shrewsbury after the Eatontown branch rudely told me that there was nothing they could do to help me. The rep at the Shrewsbruy branch was able to efficiently solve my problem and save the day. She was friendly and most importantly had the drive to help me unlike the other Eatontown rep. It is because of that customer service, I will not be switching this account to another bank. If you are having a problem with your account, I highly suggest saving some time and heading to the Shrewsbury Ave branch. Believe me, driving the extra 5 min is worth not having to deal with the 20 min of rude customer service reps and managers in Eatontown that don't care about your needs. Never again.
Very long waiting times for customer service. It's the management's fault, as they never seem to have enough employees available. Currently there is 1 employee in customer service and 4 people waiting in queue. I've been here for 41 minutes and the same customer is still being helped with no end in sight. Edit: also this isn't an isolated incident. I've been here twice before and the wait times were nearly as long
Typical TD bank. I've never had an issue here but I have only gone inside once. I usually use the ATM here.
They need to shut this branch down and get rid of the whole staff. I can write a book, the branch closes at 3, I pull up at 315, the Atm is out of service, I say to the teller can I come in to take out money SHE says no. Now, my plight is, they still had the outside doors open, so why leave them open if you're closed and the lobby Atm doesn't work. I've worked in banking for 20 yrs and have NEVER dealt with such cappy service. What a disgrace. Seems like a bunch of teenagers running this branch, unfortunately.
Been sitting here since 345. It is now almost 455 and still haven't been helped. I was next in line since I walked in. The customer before me just finished as I started writing this review and the teller got up and walked away with her and went behind the counter with her coworkers helping the nonexistent line. Last time I come to this branch. I agree with a review I just read.. they need to shut down this branch. Ridiculous.
