These people are freakin’ rad. Super friendly. I looked forward to all my appointments. They put together a program that helped me recover mobility in my shoulder. I can’t remember when it felt better to be honest. Top notch!!! If you are looking for an awesome rehab facility, look no further! Team Rehab is the place!

I went to Team rehabilitation at the suggestion of my sister. i broke my right wrist and had to have surgery. Steven and his team really made me feel at ease and helped me get my mobility and strength back. I would recommend Steven and his team to anyone!

Stephen Dale has healing hands. Seriously- he and his team are welcoming and professional. They were able to put me back together after a cycling accident and get me back to doing all the outdoor activities I love. Highly recommended!

Valeri provided a professional, knowledgeable, and no rush courtesy in checking me in. Stephen pinpointed and attended to my specific areas of need and pain!. Instruction and information was also given on specific exercises to continue at home. Overall, the entire staff is friendly and professional in providing a very satisfactory much needed service!

The staff and experience has been life altering. I had a tight shoulder muscle for 2 yrs and chiropractor couldnt fix it. Stephen fixed it in just a few short visits. I will continue to go and get monthly or yearly dry needling to keep me healthy.
