Great overall experience, Matt was great at answering any questions I had and making sure to take of me on what tools I needed instead of trying to sell me things I did not need. Great prices on all tools. I will use this company in the future over any others!
I had an issue with not knowing where my underhood light was that I had ordered a week prior. It had showed up last night after I had left a comment on the tiktok video I had seen the product on stating that I was disgruntled about the situation. This morning I personally got a call from Matt Sledge, the owner himself, making sure I get my stuff and if I haven't, he was personally going to make it right. I spent 25 minutes on the phone this morning talking with him and saying my product came and explained my frustrations at first of not having the tracking information so I didn't know what was going on with it. After knowing the issue was resolved, we had a good talk like old friends. It's nice to have someone who will interact with their customers on a personal level to make sure everyone is treated right and fairly and if something is wrong, they will do their best to make it right. Will be doing business again Thanks again Matt!

I was promised promotional items if I purchased an order, and placing the order was a smooth process. From there, things went downhill. The order came in quickly, but the wrong ratchet was sent. I had to reach out 2-3 times to get the correct one sent. In addition, the promotional items never came. At the end of the day, they are friendly and you will receive the items you paid for. I'm just disappointed that they don't keep their word.
I live in Idaho and have ordered from Techs Choice 4 or 5 times. No problems with any of my orders!!! Definitely will order from them again!!

Finally - a legit tool guy that actually engages his audience! I live in the Atlanta metro area with more than enough tool guys… they simply don’t appreciate my business. I found Tech’s Choice and Matt in November of 2021 on TikTok and took a chance on ordering a special he had. Not only was the item a great deal - it arrived promptly and well packed! To date I have ordered several other items - all a great experience! I enjoy doing business with people like these guys! Check out their website and give them a shot! You won’t regret it!
Great prices will buy again but I Made my order on a Friday the website had a problem running cards at the time so they called me to re run my card no big deal, asked for tracking number 3 time’s finally got one on the next Thursday and you can see the label was made after I’ve made attempts at getting the tracking number
Matt and his crew are excellent and they ship fast. Solid guys and looking forward to working with them again.
