Came here looking for a few things. The workers were super friendly and informative. The store was clean and organized but there was a few wet spots on the floors. I love the sales. We bought a window and the ladies that helped we soo sweet. The price when checking out was 105 but the actual was 84. The check out lady corrected and was very cool about it! Super cool store. Definitely recommend this store! Thanks so much!
I have rented equipment multiple times from this location. When I finally came across Jacob, I really thought that I was dealing with upper management. He is problem solver and has great people skills. I highly recommend retaining and promoting him to keep the rental department up to par.
Something about Home Depot makes me feel safe and comforted. The smell of the lumber when walking in, the hundreds of light fixtures hanging, all kinds of tools, the wide variety of plants, and overall the resources for any project imaginable. I frequent this Home Depot, usually to pick up orders my dad has placed and wants me to get. The countless number of projects and things we’ve built is due to this fine establishment. This is where I get my wood, lighting, plants, tools, hardware, paint supplies, and everything else home improvement. Recently I went to get new plants to liven up my house and I can say once again I am blown away by the selection. All my plants are good hardy and healthy and I would expect nothing less from the Home Depot. I highly highly recommend coming here for anything related to home improvement.
Spent $950 on landscaping stones. The selection of in store product was really sad. But I was on a tight schedule with my hired contractor so I settled for a type that I wasn't completely thrilled with because they had plenty in stock. Paid in full on Thursday and given an order ID for my contractor to be able to pick-up the order. He arrives as scheduled 2 days later to retrieve almost 100 bags of stone. When he asked for the order, he was told that they only had 32 bags because they sold too many to someone else. And then they told him they didn't have enough staff so he would need to load the trailer himself. Long story short, I canceled the entire order. Home Depot almost cost me a day of labor. Thankfully I found a much better selection at The Rock Place. And it was less that HALF of the price. Same day, I go back to Home Depot to pick up more bags of soil. The guys in the lot that are responsible for loading vehicles were caught throwing bags with the bottom half ripped out into my truck. I watched him look at the holes in my rear view mirror. He tried to hide it and just hope nobody would notice. I stepped out of the truck and looked, and several of the bags had been tossed in with giant holes. Dirt everywhere. Get it together Home Depot. Terrible service. You lost a lot of money from me. I'll never trust your location again.
I always have a great experience at Home Depot! Their quality of wood is excellent. I find the employees very helpful and happy to help. Seems like they always have what we want in stock. Great location as well, easy to get to.
My husband and I, spend entirely too much time at the Home Depot, like many couples our age. The only real complaint we have is the annoying people that come around trying to get you to sign up to get your water tested, so you can buy their water softener. I've been approached way too many times and I always say no. You're standing at home Depot in an aisle trying to learn about a product and sometimes that product is part of a big decision. For example, what kind of flooring or tool do I need? Then, here comes some solicitor asking questions about a gift card and water, ughhhh.
Terrible customer service/inventory control. Looking for specific items, website says there is a certain number, go to the store to be told they don't have any, or significantly less than what the site says. This has happened no less than 3 times. Associates just shrug their shoulders. Made a phone call, to ask about a specific item, and rude associate didn't even check, just said they don't have it. When questioned because the website says they do have the item, associate said, "that's not our store." When I confirmed it was the correct store, the associate hung up on me. Go to Lowes.
not the place to buy large appliances. Go else where. I purchased a lg dishwasher in store. I was didn't know when the delivery was going to be until the day of. I didn't pay them to install. I had a service man come out to check my previous dishwasher and half of the service fee goes towards the new installation. They delivered it with in time. The problem comes when I was not informed of the 48 hour rule of checking the device and reporting any issues. So when my installer wasn't available until the next week since I had no idea what time this would be delivered is when the issue was found. There is a fowl smell in the dishwasher. So bad infact the installer refused to install it. I called Homedepot and spoke to a manager who said it was to late i had to keep it. That the standing water and smell was from the warehouse testing the product. I called LG who wouldn't do anything but sent out a tech. I called home depot corp. In which the guy Mr. Butler insured me that this would be taken care of. He requested photos of the standing water and a copy of the paper work the tech from LG provided. I have emailed him 5 times at this point in over a week with no reply back. So here I am week 3 and the dishwasher is still sitting in my dinning room with no resolve. The tech place National Platinum Service never filed the paper work to have it replaced and have been unreachable by LG and myself. Stay far away from Homedepot if you are considering purchasing large appliance. Its nothing but a hassle and waste of time and YOUR hard earned money.
Went to the self checkout. The worker took my cart and proceeded to check me out. I told her it wasn't necessary and that I could check myself out. She said she was bored. After checking me out, she stood and watched others check themselves out without doing this to anyone else. I asked her why she only scanned my things and noone else. The silence and blank state on her face answered my question. I guess she wasn't bored anymore. Sad.
I was going to give this HD 1 star but they do have a good selection. But.. the girl that was helping us up front was extremely rude. Idk why she was very short with us and not helpful at all. Her name is Maddie and she was acting like we were going to steal the ring cameras.. Me and my wife still spent 1000$ on home security stuff, only bc we are tight on time. I won’t be returning to this store again
