Staff is very friendly. Sign on door states mask are required but no one inside is wearing a mask. Very polite and patient while my child. But not really setup for a kid friendly atmosphere. Tv screen in the front doesn’t do anything significant and there’s nothing in the back that seems to favor towards a child. Compared to other dentist offices that had activities on the wall or tv screens on the ceiling. This place has nothing. Reason for the four stars.
Waited for approximately 45 min to be seen. I didn’t have a problem with that, but when the dentist arrived she was very rush, a bit aggressive with her exam, and then told me I needed cavities fixed asap. She said she was behind and couldn’t clean my teeth so they would have to do that when I returned for fillings. This is what my appointment was for, so I reminded her note that it took me a month to get in. I could tell she was frustrated, but said she would complete the service. I have never had such a poor cleaning. The dentist was again a bit rough with scraping my teeth, but only addressed a couple, then handed over to another staff member who barely touched my teeth with the toothpaste, did a quick floss that didn’t get into the gum line, then said we’re done. My face was covered with water from the exam. Several teeth were actively bleeding when I walked out. The front office staff were nice on check in, but I saw someone different when checking out. She told me I needed to schedule for my fillings, but they would need to be spaced out over a few exams. Okay, that’s fine. They couldn’t get me in for another appointment for 2 months, and said it would be 3 months since I was requesting a different dentist. Had to ask to be put on a cancellation list, quite sure I won’t hear from them. I was there for an hour and a half, but my entire new patient exam and cleaning probably took 15-20 minutes. So frustrated with my experience. Update: Jessica called me from the office the same day to discuss my concerns after seeing this review. She asked about my experience and made accommodations that were above and beyond. I will be returning soon for a more thorough cleaning at no charge! and to get my fillings completed with another provider. This phone call made all the difference in how I feel about returning. The practice needs to keep Jessica on for as long as she is willing to stay!
I personally love this dental clinic. They made sure I didn’t feel any pain during my fillings and they worked with me on scheduling while also making sure I knew of every possible opening to get get my teeth right. I was very nervous at first but all the smiles made me very comfortable. Just know they will try their best to make sure your comfortable and that you understand completely what’s going on. This was my first visit of many to come! Great place, friendly staff, knowledgeable all around, and a place I can trust. They will tell you exactly what you need to hear when it comes to your treatment plan and will discuss any issues or concerns you may have. I definitely look forward to my next visit, just knowing that I’m on my way to a better smile!
Great girls! Always helpful in every way! I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now and the vibes are always nice. They are very welcoming & the doctor is very professional and always making sure her clients are doing good in the middle of sessions.

I recently accompanied my mother for her initial appointment, the level of care provided to my mother compares to no other dental clinic. The staff at the front desk was so patient and incredibly helpful, Morgan took the time to explain what she was doing with each step and that was reassuring to my mom. My mom immediately felt comfortable with Dr. Sharma. The waiting area is very pleasant and spacy. I absolutely love this place. Thank you Ashley and Morgan!!
I had the worst tooth pain for over a year. They were able to get me in quickly and remove my tooth. They will be my new dental service. Everyone was friendly and empathetic.
Coming from a person that never wanted to see another dentist ever. Let me say this is the best place I've ever been to. I bring my entire family here and they are very personable. I don't want to single out anyone but Shelby and Dr. Sharma are my absolute go to people for anything and they really do listen to you're opinions herefor ther best care.
Great and friendly staff! My 5 year old is afraid to go to dentist but he felt super comfortable and even got X-rays done with no fussing ! Glad to call this place our new dental office
