Bill and Ann are the husband-and-wife owners of this emporium in Chattanooga. We specialize in cakes doused in genuine moonshine, as well as Tennessee Moonshine Jams, Tipsy Bear Moonshine Honey, Muscadine Moonshine Hot Sauce, Sweet &Spicy Barbecue Sauce.
We are a family-owned wholesale bakery located in the Hamilton County Business Development Center, the third largest business "incubator" in the country. We sell our Tennessee Moonshine Cakes at festivals throughout the Southeast. The cakes are available at dozens of retail outlets in several states. Check our Facebook page for weekly updates.
"We are a husband-and-wife team with a passion for food and travel. After we lost our jobs during the Recession, we drank lots of moonshine just kidding!. While we were tempted to drink away our sorrows, instead we created the recipe for a moonshine cake, which we consider a Tennessee twist on a rum cake. We've since added jams, hot sauce, barbecue sauce and honey to our repertoire. Due to COVID-19, we closed our retail location and sold our cargo van but we continue to ship all over the country!
