I returned to Plant Terra a couple of days ago to pick up more Frizzle Sizzle plants. A rare fun succulent you must check out at Plant Terra! Mia was extremely helpful once again! She took the time to answer all my questions about a cactus that was not thriving & replanted it in better soil! It’s been quite an experience discovering the beautiful rare plants Mia offers at Plant Terra! Consulting w/Mia has really helped me realize the art behind indoor plants & creating a garden oasis in my home!
My boyfriend and I stopped by Plant Terra to buy some new plant babies for our room and the owner, Mia, was super helpful in helping us make our selections, repot various succulents, and give us advice on how to care of them as we are first-time plant owners. Mia’s plants have been featured in magazines and purchased for movies before. 5/5 recommend checking out Plant Terra if you’re in the Hayward area.
Very professional and friendly plants specialists you would see here. They would smile at you while they are preparing your plants with different shaped, colored bases. I recommend this plant store to people who need plants, making their rooms, houses a little bit more interesting.
I bought a 3 inch succulent from here! Maria was VERY helpful and the shop has a variety of plants to offer. If they don’t have what you’re looking for, she’s willing to order something for you and make an arrangement if wanted. Definitely recommend this shop and I will be back!
The shop owner is so knowledgeable and helpful. Her love of plants really shines through. She helped me find the perfect plant to take home. Very cute shop. Looking forward to visiting again.

I absolutely love this place! I’ve been to plant to Plant Terra about 4-5 times and every time is a wonderful experience. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The prices are reasonable even for rare plants! I always tell myself my max is two plants and I always exceed my limit! Go to Plant Terra for your plant fix, you won’t regret it!
Plant Terra is absolutely beautiful! They carry a very special selection of plants that can accommodate every budget. Millie gave us a warm welcome, detailed information and instructions regarding our plant needs, special discounts, and specialized care for our plant babies.
I've been looking for someone to repot my plants for me and when I found Mia, she offered to do a private workshop where she would show me how to do it. I learned so much from her and her assistant Brenda. They are so knowledgeable about plants. The hands-on workshop was very helpful as I learned so much about the proper soil mixture for my plant, how to repot it correctly and how to care for it going forward. The experience was so enjoyable and therapeutic. Also, they have a wonderful selection of plants at the store. Thank you Mia and Brenda!
Great little independent spot to get high quality plants, with excellent one-on-one service. Picked up a pretty mature fiddle leaf fig from them a little over a month ago and it's thriving at home!
