Took my kids bowling for their first time, on my birthday Sunday. It was our first time here, after checking all reviews of nearby bowling alleys we decided to come here. We were able to get a lane right away, staff were all very nice and helpful!! Service was 10/10. Loved the environment, we had a good time, will definitely be back!
At first glance this venue could be mistaken for an ordinary 24-lane neighborhood bowling alley. In actuality, it’s the best alley I’ve visited in the TC metro. Incredibly friendly staff, excellent food, well-maintained lanes, and what appears to be a well-equipped pro shop make this a first-rate place to while away a few hours. Did I mention the very well stocked and reasonably priced bar? My only very minor complaint would be the tight parking. You might have to park on the street if you happen to come during a particularly busy time.
Hi guys. I have too be honest. This is what my experience going too Texa Tonka Lanes too do a review on them. Pro: The prices are competitive to other bowling and bars in the city. Con's: Customer Service: Most of the time I've observed unpleasant employees. No smiles, lack of communication. They act as if your bothering them or they want nothing to do with you. The hours of operation is horrible compared to other's in that city. There closed on Holiday's even if it's a small holiday while the other one's are opened and are packed out bringing in a lot more money. Maybe the owner doesn't like money? Maybe the owner doesn't understand that people don't want to just sit at home on Holiday's, they want to get out and so stuff. But hey, it's there loss. Final conclusion: Overall I would not recommend
Great no-frills bowling alley. We brought 5 kids all 6 and under. They were great about getting us a lane with bumpers and a ramp for the 3 & 4 year olds. You could tell they don't get a lot of kids bowling there, though, as their kids shoes were very worn and there weren't very many kids weight bowling balls. Service was fast and friendly and pricing was very reasonable.
I love this place. Seems like sometimes it's just a better deal than park tavern down the road. They have reasonable wait times and much better bowling lanes. I would highly recommend it as a bowling alley if you care at all about conditions of the lanes! Just went back again, staff is wonderful there. They remembered me from last time and were so accommodating. Continually a 5 star bowling alley.
Pretty good place, but they don’t take American Express if you are planning on paying with a credit card.

Was here for my daughter's birthday party. Friendly staff, clean and child friendly. Also nice to have a restaurant/bar attached for the adults!
My reviews is mostly for the bar/ restaurant at Texa-Tonka. I've been going on and off for years and have found it to a nice, small, inexpensive place for a few drinks or some bar apps. The staff has always been nice and attentive. I would recommend.
Great place to bowl and great food and drinks for a good price. Courteous staff.
