It’s been a family tradition for over 60 years, that was established in 1951 with Dr. Bob Warford and continues today with his son, Dr. Chris Warford.

I took my 4 year old daughter for her appointment today, and she had the best experience. We loved the doctor. My daughter was very comfortable and very happy about getting her glasses. I highly recommend this place. Definitely going back for MY glasses

First time bringing my mother for an appointment. Everything was wonderful, professional and soo courteous was the front office staff, the young female Doctor forgot her name took her time explaining  A to Z to my 87yr old mother, and she was soo kind to us. Also the inside was spotless and beautiful, very refreshing experience!!

Had been in the store the day before and everyone was nice and helpful. I went back the next day because I thought I had lost something in the store the girl behind the counter looked right in my face and turned her back never ever acknowledged I was there I was left standing there with her back to me until someone came out of the back and began to help me then she turned around and started acting like she was working on the computer. I am tempted to return everything purchased and if I had known I would not have spent any money there.

First time in, and will be back. Easy process, in and out quickly. Explained everything well and made the buying process easy on me. All around easy on me.

This was our first visit to TSO The doctor and staff were all friendly and helpful

Very quick service and friendly staff. Only complaint I really would have is that there isn’t much of an option for frames for patients on Medicaid. It was for my kid that prefers plastic over metal but oddly enough metal was what was covered. We’re okay with that though.

Very clean, very professional and a very polite administration team.  Doctor was so kind as well. Thank you TSO.

Friendly staff to check me in quickly.  Friendly & knowledgeable Optometrist who was very thorough in the exam and explanation of my new glasses prescription.  I do plan on returning.

Friendly staff and the doctor answered all of my questions. Staff helped me pick out glasses and even brought some out not on display. They were really quick at getting me in and out. I definitely will return in the future and referring all my friends and family!

It was nice taking us  earlier.    There were plenty of  selections . We had no problems finding one that suited.  Courteous service.
