Thanks to Charmain's efficiency, I am already confident that my time here will be delightful. Her swift approval and assistance in settling into my new apartment have left me thoroughly impressed.
I’ve been living at TGM for about 3 months. I have no complaints at all. Absolutely love the living space and the area that I’m in. Definitely made this place home for sure. Also, a huge shoutout and a huge thank you goes out to the leasing agent by the name of Angel Hayes. She went above and beyond to give me additional information about the apartment as well as getting me moved in. Her warming/nice/welcoming personality made me think about the southern culture where I’m from. It’s definitely a plus to know that’s the type of energy and people that work within my apartment complex. Maintenance, is always right on time as well. So again, can’t complain at all!
My husband and I lived here for 4 years and Paul in Maintenance was great. He would come and deal with any issues we had right away and he was always very friendly. When we were moving out, I wanted to do the final walkthrough with him so there were no surprises and he was great then too. We went through each room quickly and efficiently. I had a bad experience moving out of the last apartment I lived in and this was the complete opposite.
The maintenance team is always friendly and helpful. I love that they come very soon after I put in a service request. I enjoy living here. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The management team is great as well! I recommend this place for your future home.
I want to give thanks to the TGM Creekside Village Apartments for directing me to TGM Odenton Apartments. I have been looking for a wheelchair accessible place to accommodate my needs, and I found what I was looking for and more at TGM Odenton Apartments. I went to go for a tour and it was a Breathe of Fresh Air. As I drove into the community, I didn't know what I was going to expect, but it blew me away. I want to Acknowledge and give recognition to Charmain to whom I’ve had the pleasure of being in constant communication with since I called TGM Odenton Apartments for my search of finding a place that suits not only my needs, but my family as well. Charmain, I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to you because I am truly grateful for everything you are doing for me and my family to make it your goal to make sure all of our needs are met. Charmain, I want you to know that you welcomed me with opened arms. Your kindness, caring spirit and compassion sincerely gave me a sense of relief in choosing this community. Charmain you made a significant impact on me and my family and your professionalism is outstanding! Lastly, Charmain, I will remember my touring visit with you because you left a smile on the faces of me and my family. I am looking forward to seeing you soon and becoming a happy resident to TGM Odenton Apartments.
Great place to move into. They frequently give great deals like a reduced security deposit and several free months of rent. The maintenance wasn't terrible in my experience. I had about a 50/50 shot on them fixing something within 3 weeks of my request. But this is an awful place to stay in or move out of. As long as you go into it knowing you might have to move after a year then go for it. Also, the pool sucks for anybody over the age of 2.
Crystal, Angel, and Charmaine are all great. Each of them have helped make my move really pleasant and made me feel comfortable. I’d highly recommend TGM Odenton. Staff is great, community is clean, amenities are a plus, and the apartments are elegant.
My Mom was just informed her landlord was selling her house and had 30dys to vacate after living there over 10yrs, and as he stated the best tenant he ever had. Of course my Mom being up in age was divested, she could move in with me or my brother but we are both a distance away from what she became to know as home. That said God put us in the direction of TGM last Saturday only after looking at one other place, I tell you Angel Hayes our leasing agent definitely lives up to her name, as she was for sure our Angel. From that day on she has done nothing but give us her undivided attention, helping us get the best fit and price for my Mom and son needs, as btw he is paralyzed. I cannot share enough how helpful she was, and as they continue their move in process on 2/1/24. I need TGM to know they have a wonderful, thoughtful, and considerate employee in Angel. Thank you,
I don't normally write reviews, however when people are doing their job and doing a great job at their job I feel as though it is worth acknowledging. The Community director and her team are absolutely wonderful. I've never had an issue with them taking care of maintenance issues, being rude, or making me feel less then family. Which in apartment living is really hard to come by. The grounds are gorgeous too, which was a huge plus for my husband and I.If it wasn't for my husband and I buying a house we'd still be here. Thank you guys so much for everything.
TGM Odenton was a great place when I tour with Charmain yesterday. She showed me the wonderful amenities such as the Movie theater! Something I love , because I loving hosting movie night! Charmain took me to see an 2bedroom which was beautiful. I also meet with Angel she was able to help me answer some general questions before I met with Charmain. I also saw the community director and business manager and was introduced to them. They were very nice!
