Great place to trade shoes. Today traded some 1s for some 1s that was priced lower and they added cash to make the deal more fair! Will definitely be shopping there more often!

The guys at the zone bought a pair of Jordan ones Og high turbo greens and gave me a fair price the shop was packed but the employees Were very attentive to every single customer that walked in that door good place definitely will be going back definitely recommend 10 of 10

Had my Jordan 4s checked for authenticity and they are not authentic. Buyers beware. I did learn my lesson to check the product more closely before purchasing. Can I return these for a full refund? In response to your reply: per our conversation via email I had them checked and the stitching Quality as well as logo positioning was the most obvious signs to him. He also showed me how certain parts of the shoe should not be exposed in this particular style. I am happy to send photos and would like to come to a resolution.

I'm not a shoe collector. These shoes are overpriced. I don't see many people buying anything from here. I'm assuming shoe collectors keep them in business. It's clean. The employees are knowledgeable. This store isn't for me. If you visit here, just have 300-600 for a pair of shoes.

By far the best shop in Kentuckiana when it comes to hard to fine & hyped up sneakers. They literally have hundreds of pairs of sneakers you won't find in any of the big chain stores. They even have some nice street wear to compliment your sneakers. Also unlike some other stores in the mall, they actually talk to you here and provide you with customer service while being knowledgeable on what they sell.

My husband purchased a pair of Jordan’s recently staff was amazing and shoes were priced very fairly. He will definitely be back!

I have known the owner for nearly 25 years and know that he is a man of integrity. Here is the thing about The 23 Zone - could you potentially find the same or similar shoe online for cheaper? Maybe. The difference is, in a world where we greatly value instant gratification, you can have that here. You will receive personalized service and walk out with your AUTHENTIC, hard to find kicks same day. Very few places, locally or nationally, offer an experience like The 23 Zone. If you’re a true sneakerhead and want rare shoes now, check ‘em out!

They have a lot of Retro Jordan's if your looking for that $$$$ fashion statement.

this place is not the best way to go if you’re tryna sell your shoes. I brought in a brand new pair of shoes and was offered a price below retail for my shoes. after declining i was offered to trade the shoes in for a different pair and was told i could choose any shoe that was labeled at the price of $275 because that’s the price they said they would sell my shoe for. after looking for a while i found the same shoe i was trying to sell. the only difference was that they said my shoe was worth $275 but the shoe i found, they were selling for $375 and the shoe was used when mine was brand new. i’ve been to the store a couple times after this looking to sell shoes but everytime i go they try to fleece me if my shoes. 1/10 Do not recommend.

Love the people over at the 23 Zone! Always take care of their customers. I go to them for all my sneaker needs. Also big shoutout Manni, he always gets me right with all my restoration needs.
