Started in 1958, Preslar's Western Shop has sold quality western clothing and accessories. We sell western boots, hats, jeans, shirts, belts, home goods, and everything in between.

Western boots from Ariat, Dan Post, Dingo, Laredo, Lucchese, and Rocky. Leathers and exotics. Men's, women's, and children's.

Western hats from Resistol and Stetson. Straws and felts. Men's, women's, and children's.

Preslar's is by far the nicest western shop my husband and I have been to. We were immediately greeted when we walked in, and the staff went above and beyond to help us find what we needed.  They are very knowledgeable, and helped my husband find the right boots for his needs, with look, comfort, and purpose. They have a huge selection, and also have everything you need to care for your boots. We will definitely be frequenting Preslar's! Highly recommend!

It was raining and I needed somewhere for uber to pick me up! But had 2 people ask if I needed a ride. Which in Louisville lately, accepting rides and or offering someone a ride could be dangerous. But nice things don't happen to me without money. And since it was in this parking lot, 5! For The Western Shop!

Maybe if you don’t want dogs in your store post it on the door instead of losing customers.. service dogs in training have to be trained in public before they can be a service dog. Y’all watched us walk in the door she was right next to me then when she sat down you told us to leave. She did nothing wrong.

Much better selection here than I've seen at other stores in the area.

We searched everywhere until we found this place!  They have cowboys belts, buckles and hats for older boys!  So happy with this store!  Thank you so much for helping us find what my son was looking for!  Texas belt and hat!

Great employees, a big boot selection & even had Chris Kyle belt buckles & ball cap style hats.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff they were friendly and helped with multiple questions. Lots of different option from boots to hats and more. Great place especially to buy your first pair of boots

Amazing, they had so much advice on how to find the perfect boot. I found one that I absolutely love. Definitely would go back. They are so experienced, just by seeing me walk they were able to tell if that was the right boot. Would recommend to anyone!!!

It's a great shop. My husband purchased boots here and he loves them. We are planning to come back to get me some as well. Looking forward shopping here again, only this time for me .

This place is AWESOME! GREAT selection of boots & western wear!! Kylie & Denise were very helpful & knowledgeable on selecting the right boot as far as fit & sizing...Thank you both! : I bought 2 pair of boots we are are very happy! We are from Fredericksburg Virginia & wanted to buy a pair of boots while in Kentucky,  after stopping by a couple other boor stores we found this  gem!! :
