Very disappointed.  I have been coming to the Waukesha location for several years now.  I had an appointment that I knew I was going to be late for.  I called and talked to the girl there and explained I was on my way.  I was 10mins late and understand it is your "policy" to cancel when people are late, but I am literally less than a 15min haircut only have half my hair.....  Hit me with the clippers and a couple quick scissor cuts.  I would have been done before her next appointment even got there.  I have never done the massage and never gotten the wash.  Just in-and-out.  I know you're busy enough that losing one customer will make zero impact on your bottom line, but I would hope that you could be a little more understanding of people on occasion in the future....policy or not.

I do not recommend. The girl who cut my boyfriend's hair was rude, sighed when he tried to tell/show her what he wanted, was rushing, wasn't going to do 70% of what he had booked to be done until he mentioned it, and didn't even cut his hair how he wanted in fact she did the exact thing he said he didn't want ?. Maybe it was just an off day, but now my boyfriend has this jacked up haircut for my friend's wedding  I will not have him to returning here lol

Great haircut. Not a quick hack job like the chain establishments. Asked me exactly how I wanted it trimmed. Bella took her time and was very pleasant and professional. A+. Very satisfied. Will return again.Service:&nbsp;Haircut

I've been coming here since 6th grade and I'm a junior now the people here have always been the best and I've never had a bad experience here and the stylists here are the best and nice and the last one I had was Bella and she was so nice and did a really good job

Miki was great! Made sure my piercing was fully healed and made sure to be extra careful around my ears to not irritate the piercings. Best haircut I’ve gotten in a while, can’t recommend this place, and Miki, enough!Service:&nbsp;Haircut

Great customer service! Just on a whim, being it was the 1st day of Summer Wednesday, June 22nd I decidrd to walk-in and see if they'd have time to turn my beard into a goatee; turned out they were able to take me next!!  I also bought a bottle of beard oil and the lady there mentioned a sale they have buy 1 product get 1 at 50% off.Services:&nbsp;Haircut

Great stylists.  Very casual and professional.  My provider could not provide a wash due to physical problemsI was thoughtfully given a $1 discount. And then started appointment 10 minutes late because of a 'hair in a contact lens'.  I'm glad it was addressed before my cut because I don't want a stylist with any vision problems.  It was pretty cold in there, and I don't think having central air fans blowing hair around did them any favors.  All in all, they give consistently decent haircuts, even if the prices are getting a little crazy for a 15 minute cut at this rate shed be making about $80/hr if she had back to back appointments.Services:&nbsp;Scissor cut

Shannon is very good at what she does. I walk away more than satisfied with the cut I receive. Also, she is very personable.
