I love the bed, very comfortable. After two months of owning there is a big dip on the edge of one side. I submitted a warranty claim online and never received a call back. I then called the 800 number and was redirected to and different office. Once I got the right person they showed no record of my warranty claim. Guy was very nice and said he would mail me a form to fill out and send back in. We will see how this plays out.
We have had the HD1000 Heavy Duty Mattress set for 5 years and love it,great support and firmness. We highly recommend this Mattress to all of our relatives.

Permanently laid off numerous employees that had been with the company for YEARS 14+ and 26+ are two just two of them so they could hire new ones are a lower wage and cut hours. It's all about the profit. Don't support their pockets. Shop elsewhere.
i bought a bed from these folks and bammm...now it's trash after 6 yrs...it cost me 3k...waste of money
