The Big Daddy Tug Barbecue Co. was born out of a deep passion for good food. They don’t call me “BIG” Daddy Tug for nothing! To me, food is more than mere sustenance; it is a gift that you give to your family and friends. I love to cook for people, to share that passion with them. For me, it’s all about sharing GREAT food with GREAT people and having a GREAT time doing it.
