I am so happy to be able to bring The Box to mayfield Ky. This facility is about getting results without spending hours in a gym. The workouts are fast and intense.So you can get in and get out! Want to get back 2 basics without using any machines. I believe machines hinder instead of help. Im kicking it old skool style by getting back 2 basics! so u can come see me or my son who is also a trainer at The Box and we can get you kicking it old skool style to. lol
