Spoke with a gentleman who said to call back at the END of march, I even asked to be put on a waiting list, in which I was told again to call back. Called back today to find out they already booked through the end of April now. Y'all f'd me over and couldn't even apologize!!!
These days it cost so much to rent apartments. The utilities are not included in most apartments but at Shady Grove RV park utilities are. The RVs come with air conditioners and heaters. And office is open late too. Managers are friendly and park is always clean. Rent is very reasonable. I love it here.
I have only lived here for6 months but i is one of the safest places I have ever lived Mitch will get up ..any time of night too make sure we are safe he also helps to make sure your kids are taken care of he buys them things and mrs Deborah she. Will do anything to make sure your safand well take care of medical wise also she told me that if i ever need her she was there to help she used to work with ambulance service and mrs Angel she is one hell of a working women to keep everyone mail to them and helps maintenance with yard help mitch so i would have to say that this is the best place to ever lie the only bad thing about the Park is there isn't enough RV but a big shout and thanks to the entire staff and owner thanks for everything i don't think anyone could truly say anything bad about this place and be telling the truth
You've really got to watch your back while you're livin there and hope that won us trailers don't burn down around you the management night nothing that a bunch of back stabbers back when I lived there they would take to junkie trailers make 1 good out of Good one If that even fire hazard I don't know what isWhen I was later There wasn't anything but drugs And drinkingdrinking
Very nice folks quite cheap good folks running the place.
Mitch is a clown,and trust me he will try his best to fool you....he likes anyone who will be his eyes and ears,but once you say no,or he relizes your not a rat like him.he comes slithering out of the woods just like the snake he is...other then that a nice place to live,just stay to yourself,dont trust anybody.of course thats a good one for life in general.....
I love this place, Great place to live, Mitch is the greatest, the cleaning crew and maintenance crew,do a great job, and the owners help you a lot too the best place I've ever lived, I love you guys I pray I never have to leave
