I work downtown and park in a garage managed by The Car Park. Nearly every morning when I arrive I'm greeted with kindness and professionalism by Adam D'Souza. It's a great way to start my day!

Working here was great until you get bullied by coworkers and the company just slaps their hands and tells them to be nice, but you get fired for having a consensual relationship with a coworker outside of work. SMH, the hypocrisy is strong in this job.

raised rates on me and was rude when i called them. they won’t tell you but you need email them to cancel account because telling someone over the phone just into good enough for them. they ripped me off so i literally can’t recommend them less  also i love how they are really coming for people who rate them 1 star, like they are so concerned with proving they did nothing wrong when they do. they belittle people and act surprised that most of there ratings are 1 please don’t give them any of your money

I have at least two tickets with bank proof that I paid for parking on those days, as well as the days before and after. Regardless, Lianne declined my first dispute and then contradicted herself in a second email about the second dispute by saying she had proof that I had paid when I was ticketed. I have screenshots of both bank records and Lianne's contradictory emails but my disputes were still declined. Poor customer service and Lianne has been super rude to both me and my father. She said she would not accept my disputes because she's done it before but I had bank proof for all the tickets she took off.

Had my pick parked by the valet.  During the night someone ran a key from head light to tail light.  The entire length of the truck.  Their insurance refuses to pay for damages because I didn't notice it until I pulled into my garage at home.  The car park manager never once returned my phone calls despite having spoken to his receptionist multiple times.  I was basically told that I keyed my own vehicle to cheat the insurance company.

Got a ticket while my car was on premises broken down. Went to their site and disputed it- they accepted it and voided the ticket! SUPER nice and understanding of the scenario!! Definitely made me less stressed about my car breaking down! 10/10 reach out if there a reason behind a ticket and they will work with you- especially if it’s a first time offense!!

Great customer service by Rachel, very understanding and helped me immensely. Wasn’t expecting to find compassion from a parking lot company but was pleasantly surprised. Would park in their lots again without hesitation

Was walking up to panda and turned around not realizing they were closed just to catch one of there employees ticketing my car. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. I didn't believe him so I started recording an he refused to share his name. I was furious and this guy should be fired from this company. I felt belittled and disrespected. If any one knows how this would turn out in a court room let me know.
