The Carrack Modern Art
The Carrack is an artist-centered, volunteer-run, zero-commission exhibition, performance, and community event space in Durham, North Carolina. Join us for new exhibitions every two weeks as well as frequent workshops and creative gatherings.
The Carrack's mission is to empower local and underrepresented artists to forge productive ties with their community through professional exhibit and performance opportunities. The project is sustained by donations and volunteer support and depends on the constant input and involvement of this community.
Exhibits are free and open to the public. Some events may have a suggested donation to support the artists or organizers.

The Carrack is a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization. Contributions for the purposes of The Carrack must be made payable to Fractured Atlas and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
