We understand that sometimes things have defects. If you purchase an item at The Chef's Shop and find later that it has a defect in manufacturing, you can bring it back to us anytime during the warranty period and one year beyond! No need to pack it up and ship it back to the manufacturer, paying for shipping, service fees and other charges; just bring it back to us with proof of purchase and show us the problem. If we determine that the defect falls under the warranty terms, we will replace it, give you an exchange for a similar item, or give you a store credit on the spot. Return Policy
Purchases with receipt may be returned in original condition with all packaging within seven days for an exchange, store credit or refund. Returns after seven days with receipt may be exchanged or given store credit.
