I go here for my primary care doctor, ENT and podiatrist. It's easy, welcoming and has its own blood lab, plus it's attached to Children's. Wish UC had such an outfit!

Very professional staff. Very friendly, caring team. High quality care. Not ran thru like sheep. Highly recommended. Especially Dr. Irfan Firdas. Great doctor..

The office was great until yesterday. Wanted me to put on a monitor before insurance verification. Then told me sarcasticly to call my insurance company to verify coverage. We don't do that. Then she said I have to call my insurance to see if its covered. I can't call insurance I don't have the correct codes. One number off then I owe hundreds of dollars.

rude lab staff to the lady with the blond bob is not my fault you make pennies. Get some bed side manner or a new job!

I recently visited Christ Urgent care with a bad cough and possible bronchitis. The staff and nurse practitioner were friendly ,caring and professional. The facility is immaculately clean. They did a chest x-Ray and the technician was also very nice and competent. I was prescribed an antibiotic and called back with a question about it and everyone was very helpful. I would definitely go here again if I can not get into my Primary Care.

I got a call from the office after scheduling my daughter a day in advance for an appointment. They told me to go to the emergency room instead. I said is this because we are cash pay? Samaritan ministriesI was told they don't like to take cash pay patients. Plus she said they don't do blood work or any diagnostic tests. I told her I didn't believe that. She finally told the truth and said they could do blood work but nothing else. I think you all need to take the word Christ out of your name, it is blasphemous. Thank goodness tri health takes care of all people.

I’ve been seeing the same doctor for about 27 years with no problems end till a few years ago when he moved in to a shared office since the move I’ve had a lot of problems with appointments billing and medical information the latest problem I had was at appointment I asked my doctor about writing a note for me said he would i never seen it so I sent a message my chart about getting the note and I was billed for an office visit I I brought those to the office managers attention and I told me it was a billable request I told them I disagreed it was something I asked for an appointment that I paid for but they said the charge will stand then I all so need a covert test for procedure I have coming up my Christ hospital doctor ordered it and I crave hospital lab refused to do it. I’m really not thinking this Is how a professional hospital system should operate Needless to say I’m looking for a new medical staff outside of the Christ Hospital Netwerk just wanted to share my experience so others can follow up on their’s

I had to do a mammogram, it was the first time I had one done. Everyone made me feel very at ease and they were very kind. Took no time at all. Kathy was amazing and I would definitely recommend them!

When they make you stick with a physician who only want to give you muscle relaxers instead of actually trying to correct or help a problem. No transferring between doctors when you have said you don't feel comfortable with one? No thank you. Two physicians I've see there have been jokes. Not finding out the problem. Just attempting to hide the pain with drugs. Again, no thank you.

Very well taken care of facility. Professional yet extremely friendly staff. And it's the Christ Hospital, so you know they only hire the best physicians.
