Julie is great with my dog who like to act like a fish out of water when it's time for nails and she does a great job handling him and he's started to take a liking to her which is a good sign. Highly recommend for big guys like this man.

I recently took my anxiety-prone dog to Pup North for a haircut and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The groomers were incredibly patient and caring, taking the time to soothe my dogs nerves and ensure that she felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process not only did they do an excellent job on her haircut, but they also provided me with valuable tips on how to make future grooming visits less stressful for my dog. Their expertise and professionalism were truly impressive. Overall I highly recommend PupNorth to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled groomer. We took our 2 Aussies in for their very first Groom! Julie did a fantastic job! She was kind and caring with both our boys and they look so CUTE! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience!!  We were traveling through TC on our boat and Lily desperately needed nails trimmed. Called and was able to get in that day and in addition to nails had a full grooming! So happy with the grooming and how convenient and easy it was. Great Service!!

I have an anxious dog and Julie and team are great with her. I am always super happy with how my dog looks and the best thing is that my dog enjoys going there - which is amazing! I feel like they place priority on the dogs above everything else and I appreciate that.

I am normally not one to leave a review, I never have before. However, I experienced such great service with my pup today. I have never taken my dog to a groomer before and didn’t know what to expect. Julie took her time and cared for my pup and it showed. She went in looking rough and come out clean, nails clipped and happy as can be! Price was very reasonable, great service- will definitely be going back every time!!

I’ve had good experience with my puppy getting groomed and not only that being spoiled with the time away. Very nice lady. My go to.

Absolutely great experience. She got us in the same morning I called when all others were either closed or had at least a 2 week or more booking. Gave my golden doodle a fantastic clip cut and dry at an unbelievable price. So happy I made the decision to go with this great groomer. And Clyde says thanks for treating him like a king.

Julie did a great job grooming my little dog Bella. Bella has had medical issues and Julie took very good care of her. She is very efficient and an excellent dog groomer.

I had picked up a rescue dog Friday evening it was kind of a mess and they were kind enough to work me in Saturday at the last minute and they did a fantastic job. The transformation was amazing and trust me they had a challenge, and they were very reasonable in what they charged to. They were also very patient with a somewhat nervous client. Me not the dog.  I just wasn’t sure how he would react, but they were kind with him, and the whole experience was very positive.
