The Coach Factory Store Great Mall

Not a fan of the brand but some relatives asked If i could buy them some. Variety of styles, have men's clothing as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices are bargian.

One of the busiest store in Great mall With some great collection as well. You just can’t beat the prices. Customer service is up-to the mark. Staff will come and ask you if you need any kind of help with the pricing or any product information. Every week you get to see new inventory. At times they have 70% off plus further 20% discount on some of their tote bags, slings, wallets and laptop bags. Recently they have put Disney collection Flying Jumbo Wallets, bit pricey though.

I really don’t like the sale clerks here, they are rude, disrespectful and like to make customers feel embarrassed. I have visited here few times. It is very uncomfortable experience to shop here.They lied and said the handbag is the only one left with a despising look and walked away when I asked if there was another new one. The other experience is, I was checking a men coat , not even pick it up, near the door alarm, it was ringing then the front door lady was grumpy and said impolite way,” please walk inside if you don’t mind” and turned her face away and walked off. Then I just walked away bc the lady was mad, then the sale clerk gave me a bad look and emphasized “ yes, the alarm would ring”. I was not doing anything bad, they could just nicely let me know, the alarm was ringing, then I would know . There was not necessarily to give me the attitude made me felt uncomfortable. I really don’t like this shop!

Folds of wallet peel badly after 2 weeks use. Too bad, as design of wallet is good thin & has 14 c.c. slots

The store is clean and kept up. The staff is very nice and welcomed us right in. They were a bit busy when I went in but as soon as a sales rep was available, she asked me if I needed any help or suggestions. I told her no thank you since I was almost done making my selection and she very kindly gave me her name and assured that she would be around if I changed my mind. Very kind young lady named, Anna. She was not overbearing at all. Great location to shop.

I don't like the service here. The sales clerks were focusing on their own chatting. It made me embarrassed to interrupt their chatting.

Went to exchange a belt that was gifted to me for my birthday. The belt was to big and I wanted just a smaller size so I went to exchange it. My belt came in a nice box and with two belt buckles. The belt I was exchange with just came with no box and the buckle it came with and I had to pay the tax difference. So I wanted to keep the the extra buckle and box my belt came with and I was told no that it came like all together. So in that case I wanted my original belt back, simple right ? Wrong ! For me to get my original belt back i now had to pay a difference of $30 plus . And then they tell me that all belts come in one size and you cut to fit . If they told me that from the start I would have not exchanged my belt in the first place. The man helping me was completely clueless. And the manager well she was very rude did not want to help me at all and if I wanted my box and buckle I had to pay the difference. So today I leave coach outlet in Milpitas with my head down an feeling robbed.

I was pleasantly surprised. The store is immaculate! The sales associates are very friendly and helpful. What I liked most is due to the pandemic, there was no overcrowding, other shoppers seemed to be mindful of social distancing which is great. The prices are really good. I would definitely shop there again.
