Great experience there today 11/22/19 Friday. Manager or the lead went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and helped. I was there about 12:20 pm. In the end I ended up ordering the item in store! Great Job UGG!
First, I ordered a pair of slippers for in-store pick-up and they boxed up my order wrong! They gave me a size 7 and a size 9, which I didn’t realize until i got home. I let it go because I had to go back to pick up a ship-to-store order in a couple of days anyway. So then I go pick up my order and return the first order and another extra pair that I had shipped to my house. The cashier was not friendly at all, tried to be discrete about her annoyance but loudly sighed under her breath and all I heard was “ugh.” I said thank you at the end, despite her rude customer service, and she didn’t even acknowledge my thank you. Ugg, hire better people.
I got my UGG boots recently from that store and of course I threw away the box and the receipt which was my biggest mistake. But who was expecting that expensive boots like that 200$ can be defective?! After wearing them for two weeks since November 20th the left one got his fluffy damaged from behind. The right one is still ok but this make them look very different and defective. Anyway, I went to the store today Dec.5 and wanted to exchange them because I can’t wear them like that. Instead of receiving help and understanding I received the worst service ever. The “manager on duty”- Jay, said: “ I am sorry but we cannot accept them without the box because we cannot sell them again without the box” I got shocked, literally! How do you suppose to sell defective shoes like that again to someone else??? She said: yes, we will sell them again. No comment anymore! I left the store! Never ever will go again to buy something from that store. Better go to Nordstrom or some other store and buy UGG from there where at least you will have much better costumer service, experience and exchange option in case like this. The worst costumer service ever.. unfortunately I bought two more pairs of shoes that day but will never go to buy anything from there again!
