The Commons at Spring Hill provides over 13,000 square feet of retail, office, recreation and warehouse space in the growing town of Spring Hill, Tennessee
The Commons at Spring Hill is built on the Erskine and Edith Early Property in Spring Hill, Tennessee. The original Early home has been converted to commercial space. The original Early's business building has been renovated to hold 4,000 square feet of office space. A 5,000 square foot office/warehouse was constructed in 2002 to provide space for small business people requiring minimal office area and significant warehouse and storage space. The "Gas Station" is a replica of a 1916 filling station. This building has become the beacon identifying the entrance to the Commons.
