This place is awesome! The entrance is located on Locust. hope I spelled the street right I came here because they were the only store I could find that sells hanger reacher poles. I need it to hang my pieces for the vendor events and The Container Store had several in stock. They even have so much I never imagined they would have. And the prices are reasonable. It was quite inside and extremely organized.
ONG. If you have never been to a container store, you must go. There is everything under the sun here for what you need to store things. It is a very large location with plenty of items for what you’re looking for. Parking garage right next-door that is free easy access in and out.
Could not find what I wanted and need staff to help customers. Store need to fill shelves and staff need to know were products are in store.
Nice spot with helpful staff. Lots of selection for your storage needs, even things you didn't know you needed
Went for a closet design consultation. The advisor we worked with was very helpful and professional. The store itself is also one of the better container store locations I've been to. Very large selection, well organized.
We just had bought our home and our closets needed some help! I was fortunate enough to have been assigned to Shannon to design our closets. She is not only an amazing designer she is also an amazing human. She listened to the needs we had for our spaces and designed accordingly. We didn't need to make any changes to her design. I was so impressed by her. I was sent the design with the ability to pay for the materials and install. This was a very easy and convenient process. Shannon scheduled our install with our meeting to approve her design. The installation team called and emailed the next day, confirming the install date and time. We've just had our daughter's closet installed. Marc showed up on time with the most amazing attitude I've had the pleasure of being around in a long time. I feel so blessed to have been able to work with this amazing group of people. I have to say that I'm addicted to The Container Store. I love everything about them including the manager at the Walnut Creek location Lori, another amazing human. I would HIGHLY recommend the Walnut Creek store, Shannon and the team she works with are worth the money spent. I talked to several companies to make an informed decision about the investment I was going to make. We are very happy we decided to use TCS to install our custom closets.
Always a really long wait to check out on the weekends. Not a bad selection, but not great either. Some items are expensive but don’t look or feel high quality.
Very disappointed in the gift box section, always my go to but nothing even close to what I needed.
Don't want to see your product before you take home, buy online. Want to see what you want, although it IS in-store, well you can't take it home today. 7 people walk past me as I stare at them waiting for acknowledgement with a smile and they NEVER asked if they could help. I HAD to approach each person. NO HELP. They stereotype as they only helped people who looked of wealth. IKEA IS WHERE YOU CAN GET HELP!!!
Nice store, clean and organized. Had an unpleasant experience with a customer! Some people need to mind their own business!
