The County Library

This library is amazingly situated, right near a park, a pool, and a recreation center. It kind of can't be beat. It has updated books for kids and adults. The kids section is well organized and has a lot of great seating for reading and also for waiting for kids to pick books. There is a drinking fountain and public restrooms at the front, which makes it easy for exiting and entering purposes. The librarians are generally understanding of children mayhem. They are knowledgeable and have helped me with many a problem in my time there.

Very nostalgic and happy place for me. I go here a lot to check out books, study, read. Anything. It is a really nice and quiet library. The employees are very willing to help and will do everything to find the thing you need.

My 10 year old has the best time in this library. The librarians are super kind to her giving answers to all her question. I wish they had more collections of books.

This is an older library. They don't have very many activities for little kids, nor do they have a little play area like some other county libraries do. The employees there are very nice and helpful though!

This library is great for studying! It's so much quieter than other county libraries, and they have a perfect quiet study area that's separated from the rest of the library. It's also a clean and beautiful facility.

My kids are very happy the library has opened back up. They love checking out books, participating in activities, doing scavenger hunts, and take home crafts. The library is clean and well organized too. We love doing the telescope checkouts. We’ve taken advantage of the free week long checkout several times. Right now they also have take home Earth Day kits too!

Great library. I've never been a huge fan of the architectural design. You park in the rear and then walk around to an entrance. They have nice book drop off in front. And during peak COVID season it was easy to pick up books. The space inside is entirely used. Very functionally. I absolutely love the system for holds and book transfers. I use my app on my phone and request books from all over the county and the books usually arrive in less than a week. Checkout is a piece of cake. In fact, sometimes I wonder what the staff even do since it is so automated now. The only time we deal with staff is when my kids trash a book and we have to go apologize and pay for it...

This library is a perfect place to introduce people to reading. Plenty of activities for children and adults alike! There's even a chinchilla that's the most adorable thing ever! Book selection is wide and the employees are always willing to help! Great library

I absolutely love when this place puts books on sale. Most of my library has come from this place.
