These people are so rude i left the appartment 4 months back nw sending letter that r payment is due when i called them they dnt want to talk nd giving tons of exaplaination to u i dnt recommend to live there they ol r greedy money minded sitting in the office m so upset
My bathroom door didn't shut all the way, so they bring me a not so new door, it looks grey, and my walls are white. So it don't match but that's not it. It's hella dirty even after I wiped it down. I love the maintenance men. But management can give them better tools to work with. Even if I did call them to tell them they wouldn't do anything just like our mirror in our bathroom. Great property management and great maintenance. The only thing that I unlike is the parking. Very limited. I have to park 5min away from where I live.
I had my lease for 1 year, I wasn’t able to tour till the day of signing lease which sucked but a lot of apartments are doing that now due to the pandemic. My apartment did have roaches, I would call their bug exterminator to come out but that made it worse even when I tried that for monthss every week or every other week. I bought bug spray from Walmart which helped keep them at a minimum. Nothing is updated in the the apartment i had but the kitchen and living room was pretty spacious so I understood my rent but now a year later I believe the rent is DEFINITELY overpriced to what you move into especially because things are just painted over. Maintenance guys always came fast, didn’t always fix a issue due to them getting approved to spend money on it but most of my things were fixed so I was satisfied. Gates never close, no security and you have to pay for a parking spot but I never had a issue with being robbed or broken into. I never had a issue with the office lady’s , all pretty nice. I had NO issue with getting my full deposit back since I FULLY cleaned my apartment and bought new things that I damaged and filled in holes. I give my review a 3 because it was overall in the middle and I was fine with it
The maintenance came by yesterday and he fixed the loose screw that was on the door before we put food and cans and the only thing that didn't get fixed was the leak in the ceiling of the hallway so I need someone to come and look at that again thank you
I have lived here for 2 years and the maintenance works are amazing the staff are good the unit was nice but is infested the safety of family’s are very concerning we have been requesting cameras and security but to no avail
So far so good not really have any thing to complain about. I’m still moving in so far so good I don’t have any complaints.
We moved in our apartment in May of 2021 and so far everything has been great. Maintenance is good about fixing things right away if you need something done. Yvonne is great and helpful. At this point looking forward to renewing our lease when its up in 2022
If I could give 0 stars I would! These apartments were easy to get into and the staff, specifically Emily was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I quickly learned that my unit was infected with Roaches! I let the manager know every week and they had the exterminator from Orkin spraying weekly. So every Thursday I would spend 2 hours re emptying my kitchen for the spray and leaving for a few hours with my kids until it was safe to return. My home was kept very clean and I would even buy products to help get rid of the roaches. I waited until my lease was up and put in my notice to move. The unit itself was very spacious and aside of the roach infestation, I would have liked to stay there. My neighbors were friendly and the evenings and nights were quiet. When I moved out I spent two days cleaning and wiping down everything. I spent money replacing the few blinds that we had broke and made sure it was cleaner than when we moved in. When we did the move out walk through the maintenance man had comment how everything looked good. As I’m waiting for my deposit refund, I get a letter stating that not only am I not getting back any of my deposit but I owe them money! They charged for holes in the wall which they were referring to maybe 15 thumb tack holes at most! Painting, I made sure there were no marks or scuffs on the walls. They even charged me a cleaning fee when I know there was no cleaning to be redone after I left. I am really disappointed and disgusted with them. I was a very good tenant who paid rent early every month, never caused any issues, and only made complaints about the roaches which never was resolved.
