Cowboy Way was opened in 1995 when the mall was just 17 years old and over the years expanded to take up 7 different stations in the mall to accommodate all of the amazing products. When I walked in the store the smell of fresh leather overtook me. It was amazing. I explored the store for about 30 minutes before deciding to buy two beautiful beaver fur Stetson Hats. Kenny explained that the beaver fur they’re made of is a natural water repellant and that these hats last for a lifetime. He also helped me find the perfect size and explained every detail about the hats before steaming and boxing them up. It was a great experience, and the customer service I received here was just wonderful. Coming back very soon for a nice pair of cowboy boots!

I hate y'all are waiting on a shipment and didn't have his size, I would have loved to have bought that chocolate one for him today from you. Kenny Forbes helped my daughter pick out her first pair of boots. We didn't know her size or what style she even wanted. He was so helpful and patient with us beginners. We will definitely be back again.
I walked in looking for a Stetson fedora and they had a Stetson Stratoliner in multiple colors and priced perfectly! Kenny was my salesperson. He multi-tasked and talked to me while he was also working with another customer. From ten feet away, he knew my head size was a 7 and a 1/4". He measured my head to make sure I was 23" and he was spot on! He also helped my son with a wallet. The store is very well stocked and smells amazing with all the leather! I highly recommend them! I know I will always have my new friend, Kenny, on my visit list on my next trip to Gatlinburg, TN! Kenny, if you read this, thank you for your help! The hat is amazing, and so are you! Had a great experience today at Cowboy Way! We stopped in to shop for the only souvenir mama wanted from our family trip to Gatlinburg - her first pair of cowboy boots! Alyssa was so knowledgeable and patient and helped my find the perfect boots after trying about 5 pairs. She even helped my husband find boots for himself when he thought he wouldn’t see anything he liked! Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful and I look forward to shopping here again on our next visit!

Great place for the whole family. Large variety of belts, boots, hats. They have buckles, wallets and other leather products. People are very friendly and informative. Nice little stop to make while in the area.
