Head Chef Brad Watts has been cooking his entire life. He is classically trained in French and Italian cuisine and has worked for Jim Fiala for over twelve years. He was executive chef at Liluma in the Central West End before returning to The Crossing to take over as executive chef. He continues to build on the vision of “The Crossing” that began in 1998.
