Knowledgeable staff and quality products. I shop here a lot - my whole family does. The grandkids even had fun trick or treating there!
The store isn't super busy and if it is, it's usually managed well. I always went there until an unidentified lady called the police I hit someone and left. I spoke with the police officer and he stated " The lady said you hit and damaged a big red truck I have a civic I walked around to the front of my car and saw zero damage. I Informed the officer I had been there to return a few tools but when I departed, I didn't see anyone near me? The officer said, " It was when you pulled in to park" So, I pull in, hit someone and then go by some lags and a blower? plus the returns The officer said, "you'll get a a municipal citation in a couple of months! This was a few hours later on the phone after I did something they said they have on camera? Really !? I can't wait to see that!
Bought over $250 of merchandise and filled out the 11% Menards match rebate and they refused it because they said the items didn't qualify for the rebate. I guess Menards and Lowes wants my business!
Instalation of carpet was top notch. Customer service was great.
Cabinet section manager is rude, unhelpful, and condescending. Anti slip mats are rarely in stocks. They only have 1 each time im there. It should not take 6 trips to get 6 mats.
Much better than most of the home depots I've been to very clean, well staffed and if you get a chance go to the plumbing department and look for Bob. He's awesome. Normally I just ignore the people that work there because I know more than them but Bob was extremely helpful.
Had a great experience at the Wisconsin Rapids store. Was in and out. The help was Great. They were friendly and professional. Went above and beyond to help me. Thank You! Bought a Husky 46 inch by 24 1/2 tool box.
Usually we have pretty positive shopping experiences here, although with are usually shopping at the one in the Dells. Today was not a fantastic online-in store, same day pick-up shopping experience. I ordered before 5 pm. I was told online when checking out, to allow 2 hours. I had to order some very specific, urgent due to a water leak items that my husband sent me for, and wanted to get all the proper things, hence the online order to pick up in store. I went in about a half an hour early to look at my own things just in case my order was done earlier than promised, and the store was dead, maybe 10 customers throughout the entire store. There were multiple employees walking around with empty carts, some of them I saw 3-4 times, always with empty carts, others standing around talking. By 7:00, nothing had been picked, but I was told 5 more minutes at about 7:15 pm. I was told the guy responsible for picking my order had to take down a display for the last hour, customers should come first. By 7:45 they still hadn't gotten the items. Like seriously, it's a few fittings and an outside faucet...absolutely bogus customer service in the beginning. Please make customers a priority over displays, don't allow customer service people to lie to us, and if the time frame isn't accurate, please change it, or don't offer in-store, same day pick up if it's too inconvenient. The store manager came immediately when I asked. She was very polite and kind and jumped in and helped pick my order. She also took a % off for the inconvenience. An alright ending to a horribly disastrous day. Many thanks to the manager for shedding a bit of sunshine on my rainy day, but you shouldn't have to pick up employees slack. I really hope they appreciate her.
They had what I needed when I needed it. Great place to get handles in brushed nickel. They have a wide assortment of handles for your kitchen cabinets and they have Behr paint. The representative at the paint counter was very helpful. He choose the correct paint to use in my bathroom and added microban additive for the paint. Also they have a lot of clearance items!!!!
The website said our local Home Depot had the LED glass globe solar lights we wanted, but they were not on their display because the stored boxes weren't opened yet. Upon asking about them at the service counter, they located them & brought the number we wanted. Smooth process. Thank you Home Depot!
