My first time there was today and I paid cash for the visit and they told me they could not break my $20 bill. The girl told me to go next door and buy something and bring change. Why should I have to do that as a business shouldn’t you have change of a $20 on hand for your patients. Then my appointment was at 2:45 and they took the man before me whose appointment was at 3:20 because he was a siting there before me. Just because he decides to come early doesn’t means he needs to take the next persons appointment he needs to wait in line for his time regardless of how long he is sitting there my appointment was before him. So that will be the first and last time I ever go back there.
My husband and I both had appointments. The receptionist was ok and the wait was short. The medical assistant took my blood pressure, temperature, did a covid test and took my oxygen level. My level was 78 which is very low and she blamed it on my nail polish. She only took my husband’s temperature and did a covid test. The doctor walked in and pointed at my husband and said you tested positive then pointed at me and said you’ll be positive too. She retook it and it was positive. She checked my lungs not my husbands, never addressed my oxygen level and said to go to our primary care physician. Never again.
Office staff extremely polite and professional. Providers are attentive and clear when explaining your course of care or treatment. Facility is clean and comfortable. This is not really a knock but I had a 9:45 appointment but didn’t get brought in until 10:25. Not a terrible wait by the way most Doctor’s offices are these days. I would highly recommend the Midland Park location.
I went in for a COVID PCR swab test on a Saturday morning with a 9 am appointment. I was taken about 10:20, and asked for expedited results, if possible. I was told it would take 24-48 hours. Three days later I hadn’t heard and called. They said they were doing a COVID, Flu and full panel test that would take 4 days. That was false. Four days after the swab, I got COVID only results. They never notified me. I had to logon to get the results. I’m never using them again.
Was stung by a wasp being allergic I found The Doctors Office. Walked in receptionist was great the Doctor was with me quickly she was personable knowledgeable and came up with my options explained perfectly. I highly recommend them
The doctors are great there. My only issue is that the wait, despite having an appointment, was long. They seem to take walk-ins before their appointment patients. This has happened to me multiple times. So make sure you have big chunk of time set aside to wait.
walked in to no one at the front desk, proceeded to wait with a wound on my hand for 10 minutes not seeing anyone but hearing laughter and talk of weekend plans in the back. Nurse was rude and immediately said “we don’t do rabies shots here!” When I was simply telling her what had happened. “Doctor” put a literal band-aid on my thumb without properly flushing or cleaning it. Would have been better off waiting 8 hours at the ER.
Highly efficient and effective. Front desk lady and nurse were friendly and courteous. Doctor put me at ease, he heard all my questions and doubts and was very patience answering everything. We had the time to discuss future treatment in case the one sent doesn’t work. The office was clean. I was able to get an appointment right away.
I brought my 84 year old mother for a COVID test PCR, no results after 24 hours! Poor! I would have never taken my mother here, she’s high risk because of age, I did not realize not all of these walk in places are created equal and COVID results time related can vary in 2023, my advice if you have a family member who needs testing anywhere, ask the business when results are available, because this service does vary, I’m a RN and found this out the hard way m, treatment for COVID is time sensitive for the elderly and results are needed in a timely manner.
One of the best urgent care offices in Bergen county. They are efficient and throughough. The staff and doctors address your every concern. They are exact in diagnosing your sickness based on presented symptoms.
