A mountain bike club of Dominican University of California dedicated to get others to enjoy the sport of cycling and have fun!
The mission statement of the Dominican Mountain Bike Team. The team is a great opportunity for those students and faculty who enjoy biking but are unaware of other people who bike. This group is to gather those interested either competitively or noncompetitively. The team will serve as a community for people who have the same interests of cycling whether it be mountain biking, road cycling, riding fixed gear, or BMX. Since Marin County is known as not only the birthplace of mountain biking during the 1970’s on Mt. Tam, but one of the greatest areas for mountain biking in the entire nation, the Dominican Mountain Bike Team is a must. Having China Camp State Park in the Dominican backyard provides a privilege and opportunity that most other colleges do not have. Whether you consider yourself a beginner or expert, anyone is encouraged to join as long as you are passionate about riding bikes! See you on the trails!
