On a day when computers were acting up, the staff stayed calm & kept apologizing for delays. Wasn't necessary after first one, but appreciated. Everyone from receptionist on up were friendly & helpful. Tyler was great with help finding my new glasses & getting me the best deal. Dr. Carpenter was also very easy to talk to and was very informative about my exam & how my eyes are doing.
The check in desk is so much more relaxed and pleasant! Back in group B, it was an amazing experience! I love my Doctor and his staff! All were very professional and pleasant! And the guy with the great hair was helpful to the new staff, and was patient with my questions!
Wonderful service! The eye exam was thorough and quick and the Dr was very informative. The optometrist Taylor was extremely helpful helping me pick out frames. He was very patient with me making sure I was satisfied and received the best deal. I recommend the Eye Doctors to anyone looking for quick and quality service!
Won't tell you when they are running significantly behind. Won't give all your medical information when asked for. Won't follow through on their end. Some staff have completely checked out. Dr. McClain is great. Staff is not.
I get nervous going to the doctors but Dr. Carpenter makes the experience so much better. He communicates with you and answers all the questions you have. It’s always a great experience at his office.

I go to The Eye Doctors because Dr. Carpenter is outstanding. He is knowledgeable, professional, and kind! He takes the time to be thorough and he explains everything. I will never leave The Eye Doctor's as long as he is tnere!!!
Dr. Irwin was wonderful! She was very vibrant and personable and performed my eye exam in a short period of time. Including picking out glasses, I was in and out in less than an hour. Very pleased.
Every one was very helpful. Dr.Carpenter spent enough time with me and explained the current situation of my eyes and future care that I will need. I'm very satisfied with my visit. Thank you.
Very professional and helpful. Staff was amazing and they are open on Saturdays which is so helpful for us! Also didn't take long for the exam and to order my son the right pair of glasses.
