Waste of time. They do not respect your appointment. They made a mistake with one appointment sure. We are human. Mistakes happen. But to do it again, because a Sales Rep WITHOUT an appointment showed up, meanwhile I’m sitting in the chair for 30 minutes while I’m on my lunch break from work. And the dental assistant made it seem like it was my fault when I confronted her about it she goes that’s not what I was trying to say. How about you respect your patient’s time, because like how they are at work, we have jobs too and that’s why we make an appointment and not just show up randomly. I truly respect healthcare workers because they are crucial and do important work but respect goes both ways.
Dr. Wagner is a great dentist and he makes it less stressful to see the dentist. The Dr. Wagner and his staff are very Professional, Efficient, skilled as well as accommodating and always friendly. I highly recommend them.
Awful customer service. I haven’t been in about a year but I don’t remember it being that great to begin with. However, I just called to make an appointment. I tried calling at 5 right when I got out of work and I’m pretty sure someone picked up and didn’t say anything and just let the phone sit there. So after a minute I hung up. I called back after I got home from work at 5:45 and they close at 6. A women picked up, I told her I’d like to make an appointment, and she said ok no problem please hold. I was on hold for about 20 minutes, I heard her pick the phone back up while she was talking to someone else and then just HANG UP. Didn’t get a call back or anything. So, I will go to a new dentist now! Thanks for nothing
They are wonderful take their time always call to remind you for appointments and very great at rescheduling in a timely manner. They took in my children with no questions ask. Thank you so much.
This place is what I imagine a dentist factory, or maybe the remedial class for dentist school looks like. Dentists are super rushed, and 99% of the work is done by technicians. All work is done in a shared area, sort of walled apart by cubicle walls. As they work on you, they chuck the tools down on your chest as they finish up. If a technician isn't done in time to help the dentist, the dentist will just wing it, and go at it solo. Got a filling in tooth that started hurting a couple of days later. This is the first time in my life I've ever had a problem with dental work. Going to a 'real' dentist to get this looked at. Would never come here again.
I've been a patient of the Family Dentist for several years. Everyone is very pleasant and good at their jobs. I love my dentist Dr Siler.

I called to ask a question and the guy was so rude. And made an assumption that I had previously called and attempted to answer a question that I didn’t even ask. I would never bring my family here
