The first time we come in, it's was really hard for my daughter, she has Autism and it was really hard for me to find a place where she would feel comfortable, and since we meet Value Smiles it's been easy for us... I appreciate the time and support
They are so nice here towards my family this is the best place to get your teeth cleaned and checked out at. I take my daughter which is my kid there whenever she needs her teeth checked. They are so nice to her they're definitely good and not evil that's for sure.
Value Smiles has been taking care of my kids for 3 years now. I couldn't ask for a better dental office. Everyone is so kind and good with my girls. Best dental office I have found in many many years!!
The dental work was fine, but the rest of it is terrible. The one office manager lady is a straight-up liar and can not get anything straight. They messed up multiple appointments, did not even know what work they did before, or what work was needing done. Not just once but 3 times.
Sweetest dentist ever, she takes her time to listen toy concerns and gives me options for my treatment. Her staff are amazing at what they do.
The Whole Staff were sooo very nice. The wait was nothing!! I was taken right in, made to feel relaxed and the Dentist, I would absolutely recommend to everyone. She was totally awesome!!
This establishment handles the insurance claims of Burk Smiles where my daughter received the WORST dental treatment I have ever experienced. Since my daughter's cap fell out 3 days after visiting Burk Smiles, I filed a grievance with my insurance to get the cap replaced elsewhere. They are completely ignoring the grievance and when I called to ask why they said "they did the work". Any other installation of something and that thing falling out would definitely result in some type of recompense, but not here at the ever professional Value Smiles.
My mother went in today for an appointment and came home very disappointed. With the amount of work that needed to be done and the amount of empathy that was giving was very shameful. She was already nervous to begin with and for her to come home crying bc nothing was corrected left a horrible taste in my mouth. If I could get her money, time back and take her pain away I would and be able to put a smile on her face again I would..I'm sorry mom. If yall did not want to work with her, you could've saved your time and hers and directed her to someone who is willing to do so. My mother was in so much pain. The lady who worked on her teeth rushed and was so impatient. They didn't ask her of other medication she was taking nor give her any medication for the pain. I'm sooo infuriated. The lady broke her crown, by rushing the process the partial she has looks and feels ridiculous. Basically she was playin in her mouth and she didn't know what she was doing.
Update when asked to send my records to my new dentist they lied and said they did when they know that they did not so my new dentist has to start the process over again because value did not want to coroperate with them . The dentist and the ladies at the front desk was rude not only to me also to my boyfriend. The ladies at the front desk are not helping patients when they both want to yell at the paitents and families over the phone . Everyone was in a agreement with a set price which was $109 then steleda jumped if to $400 then when i got to the office they told me that they would honnor the $109 then they said that they tried to call which is a lie i had no phone call from them . Then jill said that she would have to fix my insurance no i contacted my insurance and explained everything to them months ago . They are trying to take $300 for a build up and crown out of my insurance without the procedure being done thankfully my insurance denied the payment because the work was not done .also they changed my appointment and tried to say my boyfriend changed it and that is not true. They lie and they do not care about patients.
This office is a joke. I was interested in establishing care, but the lady with an accent answering the phones, was apparently too busy to slow down for one second so I could explain my insurance information. I will be reporting to my insurance for lack of professionalism.
