The Farmstead on Woodson Ridge is a 138-acre haven situated on the outskirts of Oxford, MS. You can relax and enjoy the sanctuary of staying in our lakeside cottages while being just a 10-minute drive away from all the amenities of The Square and the University of Mississippi. In addition to offering accommodations, a cooking school, and hosting a myriad of activities and events, The Farmstead on Woodson Ridge is home to two working farms. What an incredible event location! Such wonderful accommodating owners & staff. Definitely will recommend!  Nearby activities: Oxford is a very short 5 min drive. Downtown 15 minutes. Perfectly located to be a getaway without being totally isolated from modernity should the need arrise.

Farmstead Florals adds so much to the magic of Oxford! The team grows and creates beautiful flower arrangements that are reasonably priced. If you’re visiting Oxford, I would definitely recommend stopping by their stand on the Square.

We stayed at the Farmstead for our annual Memorial Day girls trip and it was wonderful! The cottages are like something out of a Nancy Meyers film and are situated overlooking a gorgeous lake and the grounds of the farm. Anne is so great in helping you plan the perfect stay and the hostess with the mostest.  We did the cooking experience during our stay and it was spectacular. Anne and Sandy are the definition of southern hospitality and I can’t wait to visit the Farmstead again!

This was the most beautiful place.  We rented a 4 bedroom house for Ole Miss graduation and it was perfect and the owners were amazing!  So friendly and easy to accommodate us.  We had family coming in from all directions and they let them get in the house which was awesome since it was a rainy weekend.  We cooked on the outdoor patio, enjoyed the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, used the outdoor kitchen and had plenty of room for the family to spread out and enjoy.  Absolutely perfect!

Went to a wedding reception held here. Great venue, beautiful sights and great facilities.
