They are always helpful and didnt ask any questions as to why my family chooses to be mask free. They helped size my kids feet and were very patient with us. We always love shopping here, i loved how nice and helpful and judge free they were.
The customer service and staff at Finish Line was 10/10. The young lady working was very patient with me, ensuring I had the exact shoe and shoe size I needed. Having bigger feet than average I understand finding a shoe in my size could require a lot of back and forth! She maintained a positive attitude through the entire process.
I have shopped at Finish Line a few times in the last year or so. Every time I’m there, Ashlyn is working. When I tell you she gives AMAZING customer service EVERY TIME I’m in there, I mean it!! She’s patient, she’s kind to me & my daughter. She is ALWAYS up for going that extra mile. I am so indecisive & not once did she even bat an eye. The other gentleman I didn’t get his name was also so nice & professional! Great kids working there. I will definitely keep going there as long as they are there!
It was very easy for me to return an item that didn't fit me that I got for my birthday from my boyfriend. For those who might not know, they actually do have a dressing room! Just gotta ask! I didn't think they had one but they do, behind the cash register. Lol. Friendly and very sweet employees.

Dropped in today to check on some shoes I had seen on their website. They didn't have them in-store, but the sales associate was able to place an order for them through the website for me. Can't remember what the employee's name was, but he was very helpful and polite. The service was quick too! Got in and out in less than 10 minutes :
Incredibly clean, great selection at competitive pricing, and most importantly, AWESOME staff! I called after finding a specific size and color of a certain shoe online, and they held them for me. When I came in to pick them up, Jonathan helped me with correct sizing, then went above and beyond helping my inexplicably indecisive wife navigate an ocean of options. He was very knowledgeable about what was available in different size and color options, and was even more patient after my wife still couldn't decide after trying out quite a few. Finish Line, I hope you value your staff members like Jonathan, because the level of professionalism and kind of service he demonstrated is incredibly rare. Give that man a raise!
Cody the Store Manager and Caden were an absolute pleasure to work with! I tried on several pairs of shoes after measuring my feet. These guys were professional, upbeat, and very knowledgeable of the products that they have! A+++ I highly recommend!!
Got a nice Champion hoodie from this place for pretty much 50% off. Haven't worn it yet since it's the middle if summer. Also the cashier was hot af lol, basically the only reason I added two extra stars, making this a five star review. Would visit again to buy more Champion clothes to go into my arsenal
Staff is extremely helpful! I'm a pain when it comes to finding the right shoe. 13-14 tend to be a hard find. Cody was super patient and showed me everything he had! I'll definitely recommend this location! Thanks!
